"Hello," I said.

"Hello! Do we know each other ?"

" I'm sorry but I'm afraid not ."- you do not understand how much I hate the preferred expression of old times.I had to read countless books from the epochs and learn the traditions of  at least 200 different countries, even a Japanese tea ceremony. When will I need this for Gods sake? - "I'm new in town, and because my brother is working tirelessly, I feel lonely. Please excuse how quickly I spoke to you." i continue my conversation.

"Do not apologize, my name is Paula. If i am not imposing, can I ask what's the accent i detect?" - she look at me with distrust.

"You can call me Dora." - this was the first Hungarian name that pop up in my brain, should have thought of this earlier. "... Albert my brother and i lived from early childhood in Paris with our father. Since he was a trader we traveled a lot, my accent is due to these trips. Now that we are big enough to care for ourselves, and my brother's job thrives, we have decided to get together back home."

"I understand you completely. Due to the work of my father, we have always had to travel a lot, but thanks to my husband, I found a small heaven in Budapest." - genuine smile appeared on her mouth.

I did not give up my thoughts for a moment, but hell girl marring young, for a hundredth of a second there would be an exclamation, understanding that this young girl was married in the old days, that was normal.

"Oh, you have a husband, such a happiness. "- I spit the first thing that came to my mind and then i kick myself for my fast tongue.

"Do not worry, my husband has many good friends looking for a young lady. My girlfriends and i will drink tea tomorrow at noon, feel welcome to come, Miss Dora.

" I'm grateful for your hospitality." - I had obviously impressed her.

"This is my address. We will be happy to hear stories about Paris and your ventures. Goodbye."

All right. I had done well. After my statement of how blessed she was to have a husband I'm sure she was already thinking of what spicy gossip to tell of a young Parisian who had returned to her roots. Most likely, by the end of my stay here, I would have received at least one marriage proposal. How I wanted to see Liam's face when someone asked for my hand from him, I would give my collection of branded shoes just to see this. I got out of the store. The young boy was still waiting for me at the front, looking hungry.

"What's your name?

" Elek, madam."

"You want a permanent job with me, Elek." -The boy's eyes lit up.

"Yes, thank you madam, God bless you, madam."

"Now I have to go around a couple more shops and buy a caret." - The boy looked at me in disbelief.

"Madame, I do not think it's a good thing for a woman to buy a caret, maybe you have to wait for your brother in such a big purchase."

I had totally forgotten that the men were still managing the finances of a household, and the thought of having to ask Liam for any foolishness irritated me to no end. I was from the 21st century.

"Albert won't have a problem"

"As you say, madam," his words certainly did not express his thoughts.

"Are you hungry Elek?"- Once again, the boy was looking at me in perplexity. Well, he'd have to get used to it. "Will you answer me ?"

"Yes, ma'am, I would like to say no, ma'am.
