(Dev's P.O.V)
"Kundali mein dosh hai, Neha ki kundali mein dosh hai!" The pandit said leaving all of us shocked here.
"Dosh? Kaisa dosh, pandit ji?" Sonakshi asked.
"Bura mat maaniyega par... Neha aur Ranveer ki shaadi Neha ki doshi kundali ki vajah se hi ruki hui hai! Neha agar Ranveer ke saath rahi toh Ranveer ko jaan ko khatra bhi ho sakta hai!"
"Aapka matlab kya hai, Pandit ji?" I came out furiously and in ager. How dare he say my sister as a Doshi???
"Dev..."
"Nahin maa, mujhe bolne de. Aap kehna kya chahte hain, Pandit ji? Meri behen doshi hai? Meri behen ki kundali mein Ranveer ke liye khatra hai? Ek baat bataun, Pandit ji? Neha is duniya ki sabse best behen hai aur uski kundali mein Dosh...."
"Dev, ek minute tu shaant reh!" Mamaji ordered. "Pandit ji, iss dosh ko hataane ka koi upaay hoga, hain bhai?"
"Ji, upaay toh hai par agar aap log isse sehmat hue toh...."
"Kya upaay hai jaldi bataaiye!"
"Shaadi ya toh agle hafte karaani hogi ya phir seedha 6-mahine baad!"
"Kya?" Everybody was shocked!
I face-palmed at their stupidity! Literally, does it mean so much? For me it doesn't but maybe it works for the theists i live with!
"Hmm. Koi baat nahin,pandit ji! Agle hafte ki date hi tay kar lete hain."
Suddenly i felt someone take me to a corner. It was Maa.
"Dev, tu ye kya keh raha hai? Itni jaldi..."
"Maa...." I told her to relax. "Vaise bhi hamaare paas koi aur chaara bhi toh nahin hai!"
"Par Dev....." before she could complete, I went towards the center table where everybody was sitting. We started discussing the dates when Nikki was busy teasing Neha and Maa and Mamiji were standing in the corner.... Shocked!!
(Ishwari's P.O.V)
"Haaye-haaye jiji, dekhiye, Dev kaise aapki baat ko kaatne laga hai? Log sach hi kehte hain, ki shaadi ke baad, ladke Joru Ke Ghulam ho jaate hain!"
"Bhabhi! Ismein Sonakshi ki kya galti hai?"
"Haaye jiji aap kitni bholi hain! Kuch samajhti hi nahin! Zaroor uss banga...... mera matlab hai Bahu Rani ne bola hoga jaldi shaadi fix karaane ko! Vaise bhi, Neha khalti hogi na usey yahan pe.... Dekhiye, kaise khush ho ke saare kaam kara rahi hai!"
"Bhabhi! Dev ne ye faisla liya hai toh zaroor kuch soch samajhkar hi liya hoga! Varna, mera Dev unmein se nahin jo kisike bas kehne pe baat maan jaaye! Aur rahi baat Sonakshi ke khush hone ki, toh woh toh hum sab hain! Toh kya iska matlab ye hua ki hum sabko woh yahan khalti hai! :D Kya bhabhi, aap bhi!"
But Bhabhi disagreed.
"Jiji, woh koi aur nahin, Sonakshi hai, Sonakshi!!!! Aur woh bhi Dev ki biwi!!! Vaise, jaisa aapko sahi lage! Iss Gareeb Ki Beti ka kaam toh bas aapko bataana tha!"
Bhabhi left, leaving me tensed.

(Dev's P.O.V)
"Let's ask Maa about this!" Nikki said.
"Maa! Maa? Maa......" We started searching her but no one found her until I looked at the same corner and found her standing there like a statue.
"Maa, kya hua? Tu itni pareshaan kyun lag rahi hai?"
"Nahin Dev, woh main bas ye soch rahi thi ki tu Jo....... " She stopped making me curious. And then suddenly continued,"Tu jo ye keh raha hai ki sab ho jaayega, Dev, shaadi ka itna saara kaam hota hai aur itne kam samauy mein kaise? Itni saari tayaariyan karni hoti hain, rishtedaaro ko bulaana hota hai....." And she started with her list!
"Maa, tu chinta mat kar sab ho jaayega! tu bas aaram kar. Tujhe bas baithe-baithe sabko order dena hai, sabko bhi nahin! Sirf mereko!"
Bijoy, as usual, sitting on the sofa with newspaper in his hand. Asha working in the kitchen. Sourav talking to somebody on the phone and Elena is nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly the door bell rings.
"Asha, darwaaza kholo! Dekho na kaun aaya hai!"
"Kena? Tum khol lo! Darwaaze ke paas hi toh baithe hue ho!"
"Asha, main ek bahut important news padh raha hun!"
"Han han, aami jaani! Kitni important news padh rahe ho!"
She opened the door and was shocked to see Dev standing there.
"Arey, Dev? Aao!!"
Dev had a packet of bengali sweets in his hand.
"Kaise aana hua, Deb?"
"Maa, woh actually main yeh..." Dev forwarded the packet of sweets!
"Arey wah! Shondesh!!!!!" Elena ran towards Dev and snatched the packet from him. "Wah jiju, aapki mithai ki choice toh kitni achchi hai! MAshi, main andar jaake dada ke saath ye share karti hun."
Dev was sitting tensed and nervous which obviously did not go unnoticed by Asha.
"Dev, aami jaani ki tum yahan bas Shondesh dene toh nahin aaye ho! Batao kya baat hai?"
"Woh actually......"
Dev vaise toh bahut bahadur banta hai but now, would he be able to gather courage to speak about the offer to Ashjoy (Asha-Bijoy i know its a weird name Dont kill me plzz!!!) ? What would Bijoy's reaction be? Will he allow Dev to make Sona's dream come true? Know in the next chappy soon....
