Devastating fate

Lana's POV

It is the second day of our freedom from our guardians and school.
It has been a bit too intense, especially for me since Alice is back.

"Lana, are you even listening to me?" Sally said as I shook my head, "Hm?" I told my head.

"Does this cat onesie fit me or not?" She spun around as I raise a thumb up, better not tell her that her chest is too big. It might make her even more insecure of her body.

"Tobster, hurry up!" Sally shouted, getting impatient. "I don't wanna come out, no!" Toby whined. I pull her out of the tiny stall for the clothes, oh my lord she looked wonderful.

"Now that's a dress that fits you!" Sally giggled as she paid for the stuff we bought, I only bought a gemstone choker, nothing else.

I then realize there is a coffee place where people can read books, blogs or just write stuff in their books.
I sneak my way past Sally and Toby to the coffee shop, chewing on my lip ring opening my book.

I take out a pencil and begin to draw whatever comes to my head, hopefully it's not Alice.
"Um, excuse me, madam?" I could hear a British accent speak from behind me, rolling my eyes, I turn around and see Alan.

"What's new in the book?" He asked as I just cover the pages with my arms, biting my lip. "Nothing."

"Lan, don't lie to me." He narrowed his eyes.

"I don't want anyone seeing it." I mutter.

I look away seeing the waitress hand me my vanilla latte, as I look back I see Alan looking at my drawings.

"A-Alan, what d-did I just say?!" I shout as he looks at me and back at the book with wide eyes. "You drew this?" He asked as I cover my face with one hand.

"Alan bunny, please stop." I stutter as he sighed and put the book aside, scootching closer to me, I struggle to hide my blush so I look away instead.

"Lana, you can talk to me, you know that." He said putting his arm over me while patting my back. I smile sadly, my eyes not shining like they used to.

"You'll always be everyone's favorite girl..And Dale's favorite adopted sister." He chuckled at the end.
I get up walking away holding in my tears.

I catch up with Eli in Hot Topic, which is quite rare really. He had like 7 or 6 bags from hot topic, "What's in those?" I smirk as he scoffed, "It's a surprise, Alana banana." I growl as he called me Alana banana, I always hated that nickname.

We make it home to find Dale having the table full of food! "Oooh, somebody's gonna be a chef someday!" I snort as Sally clapped her hands and sat down, "I had too cook something, I just found out some horrific news yet lovely news!" Dale shouted putting down A LASAGNA on the table.

"Oooooooh, you cook under stress?" Toby asked as he nodded gesturing to Alan, I was completely lost by the time, but it seems like everyone else got what he meant.
"Let's feast, shall we?" Alan said with a crack in his voice, we all sat down digging down onto our food.

"So Dalelano." Toby spoke with a mouth full of mashed potatoes, "Don't say my full name, Torina." He narrowed his eyes.

"Ok, ok, why are you two calling each other by full names, hm?" Eli crinkled his nose as Dale and Toby scoffed at him going back to eating.

"Um..Eliot, I believe it's time for those gifts." Alan coughed out as Eli smiled and took out the 7 bags from earlier.

"I got us all gifts!" He squeaked as Dale and Toby went back to their normal selves, "Give is the bags!" We all shout as Eli gave us all our bags.

Dale got a hoodie of pierce the veil, Toby got some Vans, MARVEL THEMED! Sally got a Molester moon head/mask/suit(?) thing. I got a cat hoodie, I glance at Alan and he has a dog hoodie.

I blush crimson red as Alan realized that we were the same color, the same brand and the common enemies.
Eli got himself a Rick and Morty sweater.

After 4 hours, I stayed in my room wearing the hoodie Eli got using my phone, I hear some voices not so far away so I gaze upon the window to see Alice and Kiru arguing.

"She is a kid!" Kiru exclaimed, slapping Alice, "How dare you slap your own god?!" She growled about to snap his arms off, I ran outside, "Leave him alone!" I screech causing Alice to vanish as Kiru stared at me shocked.

"You've gotten stronger." He said smiling, I kept staring at him panting heavily, "Lana, hey!" I heard a distant voice yell.

"Snap out of it Lana, c'mon!" I heard the same voice but louder.

I shook my head to find Sally infront of me, shaking me, "Are you with me?!" She said as I nodded slowly. "Come back inside, it's almost dinner time." She said as I walk inside.

I already saw the table full of food AGAIN! Except this time it was glorious pizza. I swear on my soul I was drooling. Everyone sat down, eating their pizza, laughing talking about stuff while I just stayed silent throughout the whole chat.

"Lana, are you alright?" I heard Eli ask, having his hand on mine. I blink and got up slowly, "I think I'm going to bed.." I slowly walked away to my room closing the door.

Alan's POV

I look at everyone, they all seemed to be worried for Lana, but I was worse.
I stood up, walking to her door, knocking. She wasn't being herself anymore, it scared me. I kept knocking until I heard the others walk up behind me and knock on the door aggressively.

"Lana, open this door!" Dale shouted as I heard a sniffle from the room. "Guys, I heard a sniffle." I mutter, "A sniffle?" Toby asked. "Lana's crying?" Sally pointed out.  I told them to go away so she could open the door for me. "Lana, please open up." I whined, "Come in.." I hear her say weakly. I walk inside hoping to find her ok but I found her in tears. I say in the corner of her bed caressing her hair. "Lana, is something bothering you?" I sighed. She gazed at me wiping her eyes and sat up, "I just hate the feeling that I'm...treated like if I was some freak." She replied causing my chest to hurt a little.

"Lana, you're not a freak, you're special." I said.  "But freaks ARE special!" She growled out as I pulled her to a close hug, shushing her. "Lana, listen, you're a very special freak, no one can ever change you or take it away from you." I kiss her head hoping she would feel better. "Thanks a lot, Ally." She said. As soon I was gonna reply I realize she called me "Ally", what my two dads call me.
