Chapter 12

Mackenzie's POV
I woke up at like 9...I didn't realize what time it was "OOOOO shit!!" I yell. Taylor wakes up, "What's the problem babe?" he asks. "We have an hour till Magcon.", I reply "So...?" he asks. "So I don't have a dance put together!" I said. "Sing a song then" he stated. "Hell no, I will just...um...improve" I said. Ok he walks out of bed. I go strait in the bathroom and put my hair up in a bun with a bun maker. I stay in my booty- shorts and I put a Jo and Jax sports bra on. Then I put my studio jacket on over so people in the hotel wouldn't look at me weird and I put my company earing's in. "What song...?" I said to myself aloud. " How about Devil May Cry in the Hunger Games movie?" Taylor suggest. "Perfect you're my song choice hero" I kissed him on the cheek. We walked out of my room and I started to practice in the hall. I wanted to try to do my ariel again and Taylor says, "don't hurt yourself!" I had a running start and I did it! I was ready I was just going to improve to half the song. Emily walked out of Cameron's room with tears in her eyes. I looked at Taylor and he went and walked in to Cameron's room. "What's wrong Em?" "I just broke up with Cameron." She said. "Wait...why? Did he do something wrong." I asked. "No, it was me I didn't feel like we were going anywhere." I looked at her and gave her a big hug. "I don't want to dance at Magcon today I am too depressed." She explained. "What did you tell me when I broke up with Taylor. Oh yeah you can either feel sorry for yourself or go have fun with your best friends...Take that feeling of hurt into a dance." Her and I walk down to Magcon together. I took my jacket off and put it around Emily she forgot hers and she was cold it was time for me to go on. I walked on so nervous but when I started to dance I felt like to one was watching me. Once I was done I walked off stage and I went to Emily and said, "You will do great." She hands me my jacket and walks on. I honestly think this dance was the best time she has ever done it. She walks off and looks right at Taylor and winks. Woah woah woah wait there for a second did she just... did she just give Taylor her flirt wink oh no uh no. Emily I feel sorry that you broke up with Cameron but If you do one more flirty look at him I will kill you. I walked up to Cameron and said, "Hey Cam sorry for bringing this up but did Emily say why she was breaking up with you?" "Um she did say that she needed a guy who knew her before they started to date. I don't know I didn't get it" Cameron tried to explain. I walked up to Taylor and pulled him to where no one could here us. Taylor I think Emily likes you and I mean likes you likes you." He looked at me with a confused face. "What? but I'm with you..." "I know but this isn't wouldn't be the first time she has done it. She stole her other friends boyfriend while she was dating someone I just didn't think she would try to do it to me." I explained to Taylor. "Mack not one bone in my body, no one can steal me from you." I looked at him and smiled. He leaned down and kissed me. "Just try to stay as far away from her as you can... ok?" "Anything for you" he said. Magcon finished and Taylor and I went in his room and watched movies all day. I am not confused on my feelings anymore I love him and I am planning on telling him tonight.
Taylor's POV
I cant believe Emily might have a crush on me when her best friend is my girlfriend. I cant even say how much that makes me mad that she hurt Cameron as well. There is no way I would ever leave Mackenzie and go for Emily. I love Mackenzie and sorry Emily but your not my type. When Mackenzie and I got back up to my room we watched a bunch of movies my favorite was "Woman in Black" I like how Mackenzie kind of likes scary movies but she kind of doesn't because when it got a scarier part she scrunched up to me and put her head in my neck. She eventually fell asleep and this time her room key was by her phone on the table. I carried her over to her room and opened the door and laid her on her bed and walked out. I walked back into my room and I check my phone. I got a text from Emily. UUUHHGG I wonder if I should talk to her and tell her it would never happen between her and I. I texted her to come over so we could talk. Next thing I know there is a knock on my door. I opened it, it was Emily. "Did you run over here?" "No I was walking by the door when you texted." I roll my eyes, "come on in". "So what do you want to talk about" Emily said flirtingly. "Listen you know I' am with Mackenzie and that I love her so much and I have seen some of the looks you have been giving me... and" I got cut off " and what?" Emily said walking closer. "I can never be with you and I hope you know that. I don't feel anything for you" I tried to explain to her. "Really so you don't feel anything about this?" Emily pulls me in forcing our lips to touch. I kept trying to pull away and once I did I heard, "Taylor?" from a sobbing voice. I looked behind me and Mackenzie was standing there she ran off. I tried to catch up to her. She was running as fast as she could and then she fell straight to her knees. "How...how could you?" Mackenzie said crying into her hands. "Mackenzie... she kissed me... I texted her saying we needed to talk. I was going to tell her that there was no way that we would ever be together because I am with you and I love you." "If you loved me you would of stayed away from her like I said. You know why I came back to your room? Its because I figured out my feelings and I wanted to tell you tonight but I fell asleep before I could so I was coming back to tell you that I love you but I get a knife in my back when I open the door." She started to cry again. "Mackenzie not one bone" "I doesn't matter about that anymore once Emily kisses you she wont ever stop trying to take you." I cant take the pain of knowing one of my best friends is trying to ruin my relationship everyday. I cant handle that... I wont." I am so shocked I don't even know what to say I was about to start talking when she interrupted and said, "Taylor I...cant go through this... I cant see Emily everyday or you. After this week in D.C. I am leaving and going back home." "Mackenzie... you...cant. I cant bear the thought that I would never see you again." "It was going to happen anyway" she stated and walked away back to her room.
