Part 1.1-Tests (flashback)

The men in white finished my operation of putting that ball thing in my ribcage.

"Stand up little one" I hear a distorted voice say after the men in white leave

I try to stand but I can't, my limbs are so heavy and my veins feel as if they're about to burst. I look around to see nothing but a dull grey cover my sight as I feel a liquid leave my eyes and mouth. I try to wipe it away but it just keeps coming and coming. Then came the pain, it hurt before but now I feel my body rip itself apart, I grope around only to feel bits of what I assumed to be my flesh on the ground. Finally my vision clears and I see my arms rip open, this metallic stuff come out then my arm heals, this happens over and over and over again. I then feel all my limbs disconnect completely and I just lay there, motionless from pain taking over. But then I feel funny, like my limbs are asleep or something, numbed. I look around and see my arms and legs form into sloppy, distorted forms of what they once where. After the writhing and convulsion the liquid seeps back into my arms and legs. I start to push away from the table after falling off it entirely.

"He....hehehe.......heheHEHEHEHEHEHEH....AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I start to laugh uncontrollably "It hurts it hurts IT HURTS IT HURTS It HUrTs IT hURts" My voice starts to distort and deepen at random

"Begin test A-1" I hear over a loudspeaker

I feel something go through my abdomen and I look down to see a spike, I then look at a wall to see it protrude from there. I walk forward, pushing the blade deeper and deeper until I reach the wall, it hurt but I ignored it. I elbow the spike over and over until it snaps off the wall to reveal strange string that keeps lighting up then off again.

"Begin test A-537 I hear over the speaker "Are you sure you want to skip ahead that far?" I hear another voice say "Yes" A lady says

I feel a stinging pain spread across my body, I look around to see spikes going into and out of my body, I try to move but they keep coming.

"ENOUGH" I say in a voice that I didn't know I had, it was deep and crackling

I feel something then come out of my body, it felt as if I was creating something from myself. I then feel something cover my eyes so I cannot see. I feel like my body has been stabbed a thousand times in a thousand different places.

Richard Lawson POV
I watch on as project X-250 not only walks forward into the spike but also used his elbow to smash in the device. After a couple of swings the thing disconnects and he stares at the wires hanging out of the wall. It was fascinating. Just like the last one that escaped with Adhesive Flames.

"Begin test A-537" Annie Woods says looking forward with the scared face put there by project X-249

We had made the mistake of not reinforcing the glass we were put behind so project X-249 ended up slaughtering the entire facility and almost melting Annie, literally.

"Are you sure you want to skip ahead that far?" I ask

"Yes" Was all she said in response

I hit the keys '5 3 7' in that order then the enter key, spikes start to shoot out from all over the room. He looks around for a bit as the spikes continue to appear. then his imperial arm activates, covering his body in blades and some jut outward into the walls and protective glass we hide behind. All I can do is stand awestruck as project X-250 slashes and stabs all around him in order to destroy the test chamber, and succeed in the end. He then just stands there, staring at us with silver liquid-covered eyes.

"Next test, move project X-250 to room test chamber B" Annie tells the guards and they move into the room

Y/N POV
I still can't see but I can sense where all the spikes are coming from, so I destroy them. After about 5 minutes of slashing and biting off the machines the liquid clears from my eyes and I can see a glass window. I wave at the lady in there as she had an ugly face and I felt bad, although she was hurting me, I put my hand down. I hear a door open and I see 2 men in black suits walk in with weird looking devices in their hands.

"Stand down or we will open fire" One says in a deep voice

"Ohhhh, so that's what's it's called, a.....shooter?" I say with a head tilt

"*laughs* I guess so kid, come on to the next room with us and I'll let you hold it" He says, I assume with a smile but I can't tell because if the mask

"Let's go!" I say, planing to kill these two from behind, or maybe with the shooter

"Open door A-B-1" The guard says "A-B-2" the other says after walking a bit

After a few minutes of walking and lots of doors we make it to another big white room, presumably it's about to be covered in blood.

"Alright, as promised I'll show this weapon and how it works" He says as he hands it to me "You see, when you hold it up to your shoulder like this and pull that little hook right there, try it" He said with a smirk

I pull the hook and little bits of metal start to fly from the front, dislocating my arm in the process. He starts to laugh until he hears a loud popping sound and my arm twists back into place. I cannot wait permanently damaged nor die, not anymore. After a couple of shots and a disarming I kill both guards.

"Is this a test?" I ask the now metallic smelling air

"No, we haven't begun the sting yet, please reconnect your arm for testing" A female voice says

"Okieeeee, fine" I say as I walk towards my bleeding arm

I pick it up and place it against my shoulder. I watch as a black line appears around the point of connection, it was funny looking if I'm being honest.

"My arm works now, what's this test?" I ask the voice

"Test B-1, heat" The voice says

"Alright" I say, not expecting much

I feel the room start to heat up as my skin starts to bubble and fall off, slapping the floor as it splatters across the heated earth. it hurt so much. It hurt like nothing else I had ever felt before. I hated this, I hated it I hated it I hated it.

"It burns!, stop please!, I'm begging you please stop the pain!" I scream at the now reddened walls and floor

"Begin test B-594" The lady said after a few minutes of listening to my screams

"Are you serious!?, that can melt titanium!" The man yells at the lady

"Did I stutter Mr.Lawson?" She said looking at the man with her one good eye

"No ma'am" He says, tapping a black pice of what seemed to be plastic

"AHHHHH, IT HURRRRRTS, STOP THIS PLEASE!!!" I scream in pain as my body starts to cover itself in my metallic blood, it felt cool

I try to look around again but, of course, I can't see. All my other senses fell heightened though, I can hear the walls hum, I can fell the vibration of people walking outside, I can smell the burning walls. It felt funny but good, like I knew what was happening all around me and my blood was cooling me off to the point of comfortability.

"End test B-594" I hear the female say

"Ending test B-594" The male says with a sigh, a sigh of what I assumed to be relief

"I-is it o-over?" I ask in a scared voice

"Not even close" The ugly lady says
