Chapter 6

I smiled, "I'll keep your secret. But I do have a question." "What's the question?" he asked. "Well......" I started.

Jon's POV-
"Well...... Why are there so many rooms for just two people?" Atlie asked. "Today is the anniversary of their death, you can join us if you want." Mom told her. We all went to the basement and entered the door with a projector picture on it. Mom went over to a DVD shelf and started looking through everything. Eventually she found the exact thing she was looking for. She put it in the player and sat beside me. We all got comfortable and it started.

"Sssshhhh!" a voice from behind the camera said. The camera turned around to show Emma, but she didn't have her monster features, and a guy with blue eyes, dirty blonde hair, and an amulet with a yellow gem and silver chain and trim. "Hey guys. So, Jay and I are about to wake everyone up. You ready bro?" Emma said in a hushed voice. "Heck yeah." Jay responded with an excited whisper. Emma pulled out an air horn, giving the camera to Jay. She repeatedly pressed the button. "EMMA!!! JAY!!!" an angry feminine voice yelled. "Run! We've angered the Mat!!!!" Jay yelled running with the camera and hiding. ~~~ "So it's been about an hour. I think she might be calm now. At least I hope she is." Jay said as he got out of his hiding spot and walked to the kitchen. "That was hilarious, I haven't seen her that angry in a while." a guy with brown hair, brown eyes, glasses, and an amulet with a orange amulet with silver chain and trim. "Thanks Q. Is she still angry?" Jay asked. A girl with dark skin, black/brown hair, brown eyes, and a red amulet with silver trim and chain walked in. She glared at him slightly. "Hey, Jay." she said while garbing some milk. "Hey Mat." Jay responded. A girl with waist length blond hair that was braided, blue eyes, glasses, and a dark blue gem with silver trim and chain joined us in the kitchen. "Hey Kitty." Q said. "I'm just gonna go to the living room now... It's getting crowded." Jay said leaving. In the room was another dark skinned girl, with black/brown hair, brown eyes, and an amulet with a purple gem and purple chain and trim. "Hey Noelle, do you know where Emily is, she has the charger for the camera." Jay said to the girl. "Check her room." she said, not looking up from her book. ~There is a transition to Emily's room.~ Laying on the bed with a book is a girl with shoulder length brown hair , brown eyes, glasses, and an amulet with a light blue gem and silver chain and trim. "Can you charge the camera for me?" Jay asked. "Sure." she said, putting the book down and taking the camera, turning it off.

"Okay, so we're gonna surprise the love birds real quick, thought you would like to see this afterward." Mat said to the camera before showing that everyone but Emma standing there. The door opened and Emma was hunched over, crying. Jay rushed over. "What happened?!" he said, worried. "I-I showed him. He called me a freak. He called off the wedding. He ran." she said while crying. The camera is being passed to someone else. "I'll be back. I'll show him what happens when you hurt a being of pure kindness." Mat said, leaving.

"So, Emma said she had a surprise for us. Only Jay knows, and he won't tell us. So we are just waiting." Noelle said showing them waiting in the living room. Jay was smiling like an idiot. Finally Emma walked in with a bundle in her arms. "Everyone, meet Jonathon." Emma said smiling showing everyone a baby boy. "Wait WHAT?!?!" Mat said getting up and looking closer. "I'm an aunt!!!!" Mat said happily. "Hey! Not just you!" Kitty said in response.  The camera zooms in to see a sleeping baby boy with green hair and bunny ears.

The camera shows Emma teaching Jon piano at the age of four. "Do you guys smell that?" Emily asks. "I smell fire," Kitty says, "and it wasn't me or Mat this time." The camera goes over to the window to see an angry mob setting the building on fire. "Emma! Take Jon and run!" Jay commanded, handing her the camera. Emma took it and Jon and ran. They smelt fire. And they could see their friends, their family, fighting for their lives, and having to go into monster form. Then the camera shut off.

My mother and I were crying a bit. And Ashlie watched in shock. After a few minutes our tears had dried and she had snapped out of it. "Wait. Jon, you have natural green hair and bunny ears?" she asked, confused. I laughed slightly before I took of my jester hat, showing my hair and ears. "It's time that we head upstairs and ate. We can't stay down here all day." mom said, getting up. And we all went back to the living room. When we got upstairs i took my charm out of my pocket and put it on, making my bunny ears disappear. I smiled, thinking how much of a relief it is that I could tell at least one of them the truth, and fell asleep on the couch.
