Chapter 1

Liana's POV

* 3 months later*

"AMY! Where did you put my converse!!??" i yell from my room

I cannot go to work without them. They are the only shoes that are comfortable enough to wear to work

" Theyre in the hallway!!!!" she shouts back 

Ugh i do not want to go to work today. 

When i got to work i was late and my boss, Regina, ignored the fact that i was late. Hmm thats odd, she usually gets mad. Maybe today will be a good day after all.

She barks at me to run to starbucks for the companys daily coffee run. Basically no fat mochas and the occasional iced coffee for the rebel in our section of the office. 

After ordering the drinks and successfully balancing them all, thank god, i head out the door only to run into some idiot walking and texting. I fall over onto him and all of the drink spill over the both of us. Great.

"Hey watch it!" he barks

Excuuuse me?! Who does he think he is

"Well im sorry mr. perfect but you should have NOT been texting and walking when it was Completely obvious i was trying to walk out" I say with as much sass as i can muster

"Who do you think you are? I am an important guy who shouldn't be messed wi.." his words are cut off when he looks up at me standing there cleaning myself off. 

"Oh um im sorry miss. Let me help" 

Wow what changed mr. handomes mood?

"Um ill pay for more drinks and...um... pay to clean your stuff. Here is my card and my number is on it. And her is 50 bucks to pay for the drinks. Keep the change" 

Then he walks out! He flippin walks out! The nerve of that man. Does he think that he can just be there and just use his amazing looks will save him through whatever problems come his way geez. 

I purchase the drinks and go back to the office. I give regina and her 'minions' their drinks but all the while distracted. Who was that man?

On my break i pull out his card to see who he was. Oh no.

It was Nick Blackwell. The boss and owner of my job. Fem ink.
