OK so I think now we get the infinitive. Now we will move on to the present tense. The infinitive is super easy because there is one basic form regardless of gender. The present tense is the next easiest as there are only four basic forms. Here they are: See if you can't spot any patterns!
XoXeX (m. sing.): [5oMeR] (I, you, he, keep(s)).
XoXeXet (f. sing.): [5oMeRet] (I, you, she, keep(s)).
XoXXim (m. pl.): [5oMRim] (we, you, they keep).
XoXXot (f. pl.): [5oMRot] (we, you, they keep).
Before you get all scared let's take a look at what they all have in common. Notice they all start with an o vowel! Try to imagine a room full of boys and girls hula hooping or or eating donuts or doing both at the same time and doing that right now in the present. Picture a room full of boys and girls opening presents that are hula hoops and donuts. This is important. You want a vivid and ridiculous image that will remind you that verbs begin with an o vowel in the present tense. Simple right! We will begin with example sentences of masculine singular verbs.
