I got up early as I get a chance to talk to my mother in this 3 days.
She was sitting in the balcony reading the newspaper..I quickly prepared two coffees and I went to the balcony.
Me:Good morning ma!!
Sathya:Good morning Gaurav..
I gave her the coffee and sat beside her.
Me:Ma can I ask you something... A wish..
Sathya: Please ask my son..
Me:Ma please come with me to Chennai ma... forever
Sathya:What!! No no
Me: Please please please
Sathya:No Gaurav..I can't leave this house.
Me:Ma in the weekend we will come here
Sathya:No Gaurav..you and Keerthi stay there..

Sathya:Ok.but for only 1 year.

Sathya:That's all..this discussion is over..I'll come stay there for 1 year and return back.

I was in my parents bedroom when my mom's phone started ringing..the caller was Sathya

Gita:Ha ha!!She is your mother in law Keerthi..
Me: Oh!! Wait I'll attend the call..
Me:Hello ma!How are you?
Sathya:Hello Keerthi..I'm fine..where is your mother?

Gita:Hello I'm keerthi's mother speaking..
Sathya: Hello..I just called you to inform you the engagement dates..we have decided on 3 dates 10th 17th or 18th.These are the good days..Gaurav was ok with 10th and 17th.You can tell your comfortable with all these..
Gita:Oh that's good..Today is the 1st so we have time..I'll ask Keerthi's father and message you..Is that ok?
Sathya: ya that's ok.Bye
I asked mom what was their conversation about?
She told me it was about the engagement dates.
Mom:She told 3 dates..10th 17th and 18th..Which date you want??
Me:I am ok with 10th and 17th
My mother giggled..

Mom:Gaurav is also ok with the same dates..

Me:Ma who is Gita?
Mom:She is your mother in law Da..

Ma: hello..yes have you decided the date?
Gita:Yes we have fixed it on 10th itself..is it ok for you?
Ma:Yes..we are ok with it..we have to go for shopping and about the venue?
Gita: Shall we keep it in any of our house or?
Ma:Yes it's not a problem.
Gita:So the engagement will happen in our house.
Ma:Ok sure..
Gita: Tommorow itself we will go for shopping as Keerthi is leaving tommorow.
Ma:Same here..Gaurav is also leaving tommorow.

Our mothers told the engagement was on 10th..so we had 9 days for our engagement.We were very excited and happy.
