As I opened my eyes, I felt blanket of warmth covering my hand. As my eyes adjusted to the bright lights, I could smell the antiseptic, strong and sour. I could see that it wasn't just the lights that had blinded me, but the colour of the room. I've never seen a colour so bright. I kept surveying the room, As my eyes adjusted to the room more, I could see that I was on an uncomfortable plastic bed, which was a green, or blue colour. I had a thin white sheet covering my stomach and downwards. I could still feel the warmth of a hand, when I looked down I saw a huge hand covering mine. I looked down and saw blonde ruffled hair. Gabriel? What am I doing here? I didn't have to find out where I was because I already knew. The smell of antiseptic, the beeping of machines. After what felt like ages I fell asleep. As I woke again, I could still feel the warmth of Gabe's hand, even though he wasn't touching it anymore. I suddenly heard voices, they were getting louder by the second, and I listened in.

"You should keep your spawn away from her. She passed out just from the sight of them." Said one voice, and the other quickly sounded back harshly.

"Well if that's what she thinks of mine what about yours. She'll think she had gone mad, seeing the men with the wings, how could she ever handle that, knowing she will stay there for eternity." He gave a small, hmph as signaling he has won the argument, but he was wrong.

"What about what she'll find where you come from, she won't be able to bear the thought of living there." It sounded as if he was smiling, and as I opened my eyes, I noticed the only people in the room, were Gabriel and Tyler.

What did they mean? Is this something to do with me? I could feel questions buzzing through my head, making a strike of pain go through my head. I sat up and regretted it straight away. The pain got worse, and I made a hissing sound through my clenched teeth. Both Gabriel and Tyler turned to see me, and both their faces had turned pale.

"What do you mean," I asked them, they both looked each other and their faces went even more paler.

"I, um... well." Gabriel fumble with his words, it was funny but I kept my face serious,

"What my friend here means is, we have... clubs. Yeah clubs and we would be honored for you to be in both our clubs and... yeah thats all basically." Tyler gave a small yet uncertain smile, which was very different from his normal, dangerous, sharp smile that made butterflies go through my stomach. Gabriel had a bit of colour come back to his face, but had a worried expression on his face, as if I will destroy the world with the wrong answer.

"Listen, I heard most of your conversation, and that scenario just doesn't make any sense whatsoever." I gave them a sideways glance and I have never seen anyone so pale. "Like no judge, but you guys don't have friends, and they mustn't be very good if you call them your kind." I laughed a little, but this time they had hard expressions on their faces. I felt the blood rush to my cheeks. I do that all the time, laugh when everyone else is serious, then when everyone else is laughing I'm the one who is serious. "Come on, what is really going on? It's a bit obvious that you are lying about the clubs."

"Listen we can't tell you, okay. You will find out who is for you when the time is right. We can not force you through this, you will find out on your own." What the hell was Gabriel talking about? I will find out on my own?

"Wait, what do you mean?" Gabriel looked at with sad eyes.

"Listen, we can not tell you, you find out when the time is right." And like they came, they disappeared. I waited a while, sitting in the hospital bed, waiting, waiting and more waiting. That's when I heard something. At first it was like a whisper, then it grew louder and louder and louder. Bursting through my ears, like a canon. I screamed out covering my ears. As I unblocked my ears, I could feel tears running down my face in long streams. I quickly wiped them away, not bothering to open my eyes. Once I could tell I wasn't crying any longer, and I had calmed. I opened my eyes, then only to see my vision blocked, by a grey t-shirt. I froze, going rigid, I could hear the person-or more precise-boy, say 'shhh' 'shhh' and stroking my head. After a while I couldn't be othered to hold myself and slumped against him. I had no idea who this boy was, but this felt familiar. Just sitting here, next to him. I may not know the face, but it felt right.

"Scarlet. It's okay, it was just a dream." I jumped up then. I knew that voice, just as well as I knew Gabriel's, or Tyler's. It was Trent. That wasn't what had made me jump, it was finding out that my encounter with Gabe and Tyler, was a dream. It couldn't have been, I was so sure I was awake.

"I was awake. Tyler, and Gabe were here. They were here, then they disappeared and I could hear voices, then you came." I felt tears burn the backs of my eyes. I leaned into Trent's shirt again.

"Listen, I've been here ever since you came here. No one but me has been here, with exception of the doctors and nurse. Gabe and Ty haven't been here. I was asleep, and you started screaming. I came up here to wake you up."

I looked over beside the bed, and he was telling the truth, there was a chair, and a blanket that had been chucked on the floor. Obvious from him jumping up.

"What was I screaming?" I said in a small voice.

"I don't know what it meant though." He said politely but firm.

"I just want to know what I was screaming." I could feel anger boiling in my stomach, but it wasn't towards Trent, but towards myself. For I don't know what I screamed, and it's frustrating me.

"I told you, I don't know what it was about, okay, it's none of my business." He started to stand but I grabbed his arm.

"I'm not asking you to tell me why I would scream it, but what was it I actually screamed. I can't hear stuff when I'm asleep." I sighed out, loudly. I was so frustrated.

"Okay, well. When I woke up, I sort of heard you say, I'm not yours. You have to leave me alone. Get away, and yeah, I didn't know if you meant it for me or not but..." He trailed off, nodding as he did. He actually thought I was screaming at him. I felt something inside me close, as if everything I had been feeling flushed out, and I was left in blackness. Blackness of my own, empty feelings.

"It wasn't for you. I... Actually you're right. Not about the thing I was screaming, but it's none of your business to know why." I started to move to the side of the bed, when I saw something I wish I hadn't. An outline, of a man, much like the I had seen, but this time he was a pure white. Glowing white. The brightness kept getting brighter. Trent came to me and turned me around.

"Are you okay. You look as if y..." My hearing got cut off, as the brightness started to get brighter. My vision started to go, my hearing, and after a bit longer I couldn't smell the strong antibiotics, the feeling of Trent's strong hands went too. My vision went pure white. After what felt like hours, sight came back, but it was if I was someone else. I could see myself, falling. My dark hair a long trail behind me, purple ends that looked like fire. My normal bright green eyes were red. What was happening. That's when I caught up. It was my dream. I heard the sound of wind and I was back to myself. I felt the wind rushing around me. My vision came back more, I could feel a fiery heat surrounding me. And for the first time, I looked around at where I was. Everything was burning, there were people everywhere, lying still. That was when I Noticed a long stream. The water started to go red, red with blood, that was when I noticed those people, were dead. I screamed but once again my screams failed. I looked around again, and could see a figure come through in front of me, then my vision went black, and the dream was over.
