"BAR! Get your head in the game!!"

Kevin stood and wiped the dirt from his pants. This was the fifth time he had been tackled during practice. On top of that, he dropped every pass tossed to him. The team was starting to question their star quarterback. With a huge game coming up, there was no room for error. Coach made that very clear, having Kevin run laps after practice.

By the time he finished it felt as if his lungs were about to burst. He sat down on the bleachers to try and catch his breathe.

"Hey, cool if I join?"

Kevin looked up to see Naz holding out a water bottle. Naz was a long childhood friend. They even dated for a while during freshman year. When Naz became head cheerleader and Kevin quartback, they ended their relationship on mutral grounds. They both wanted to focus on practice/games without their relationship getting in the way. But they were still close. He gave a small nod and moved over to give her space.

"Thanks," Kevin said, taking a few sips of water.

"Sure thing," Naz replied with a small smile.

They sat in silence for a while. Both comfortable just in each others company. The campus was pretty much empty by now. Only a few after school activities still going on.

"So," Naz broke the silence. "Do you want to talk about it?"

"About what?" the redhead asked.

"Come on dude, I've known you for years. You've never sucked so badly at football, or any sport for that matter. So I know something's up." Naz blunty stated.

Kevin let his eyes wonder onto the field and signed, "It's complicated."

Naz raised a questioning brow, "Is everything ok?" she asked placing a hand on Kevin's lap.

Kevin suddenly felt numb. After what happened in the school parking lot, Edd did everything in his power to avoid him. Needless to say it took a lot of effort too, what with being in the same class. He even asked to switch seats with another student but Ms. Flowers denied that request. That didn't stop him from giving Kevin the cold shoulder though. The worse part was that Kevin didn't even know why.

"I don't know Naz," he finally confessed. "But I should go. I have a show soon."

"A show?"

"Yea, Alex's school is throwing a fashion show. He asked if I could help model his clothes," Kevin replied.

"That's awesome dude. Think it'll be cool if I come watch?" Naz asked jumping in excitement.

"I don't see why not. I need to stop at my place first. Need a lift?"

Naz nodded and they both headed to the parking lot. Naz nearly flipped when she saw Kevin's old bike. She always liked to go on rides whenever they had the time. Kevin climbed on and cut the engine on. The bike roared to life. Kevin leaned over so Naz could climb on and adjust her bag. Once she had Kevin's helmet on, Kevin peeled out of the lot and headed towards home.

"You can hang in my room. I'm going to take a quick shower." Kevin said as he unlocked the front door.

Naz nodded, but made a b-line to the kitchen first. Kevin simply chuckled and headed to his room. After his shower, the two stayed watching a movie until Kevin heard a knock at the door. Alex had "forbidden" Kevin from taking his bike, much to the red heads valid argument. However, since Alex had to stay and help set up the venue, he arranged for the redhead to be picked up.

"Good evening sir. I'm Christle, a friend of Alex. I'll be your ride today," a young brunette spoke.

"I'm Kevin and you don't have to be so formal. I get enough from Alex," Kevin joked extending a hand for a friendly shake. "This is my friend Naz. She will be joining us if that's alright."

"Of course." Christle smiled politely at Naz who waved hello. "Shall we then."

The ride to the venue was pleasant. The two girls talked and joked around while Kevin looked over a pamflet of the hotel where the show was taking place. It was huge and Kevin suddenly found himself both nervous and excited.

"So Kevin, what made you start modeling?" Christle asked.

"Honestly, I first started cause I was bored. I came across an ad looking for male athletes and thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't think it would work out but I actually enjoy it," Kevin replied with a small laugh. And it was true, he did enjoy it. Sure there's been a few bumps here and there, but he hoped to continue for as long as he could and that this show will help farther it.

When they made it to the hotel, Christle showed the two to the ballroom hall. Naz and Kevin's jaws dropped. The room was huge and decorated so elegantly it seemed to be glowing. There were giant christle chandeliers hanging from the ceiling with white and gold ribbons intertwining in between them. There were tables decorated with champion red cloths and christle vases full of white roses. Then there was the catwalk. It was made of glass with small lights lining around the edges.

"Whoa," Naz and Kevin both said.

"Beautiful isn't it? Now Kevin let's go get you ready. Naz could you wait here a moment?" Christle stated, not fazed at all by anything.

Naz was still in aww, but nodded in reply. The redhead followed the young brunette through the small crowd of people that was already there.

"Ah Mr. Bar you're here," Alex said when he spotted the two nearing closer.

"Safe and sound thanks to your friend here," Kevin joked with a smile.

Alex smiled, "Yes, thank you again for bringing him love."

"Anytime, I'm always happy to help when needed or free from the office," the brunette said with a slight wave of a hand.

At that moment Alex's cell started to ring. The blonde checked the caller ID and answered. "Ello." There was a moment of silence.

"What do you mean she isn't coming?!" Alex suddenly bursted out.

All eyes seemed to turn towards him but the blonde could care less. He hung up a few seconds later with a huff.

"One of my female models just cancelled. How in the bloody hell am I supposed to find a replacement at this hour? Let alone one that fits her size!" Alex exclaimed while rubbing his temples.

Christle's eyes lit up at that moment and she looked at Kevin. Somehow the redhead knew exactly what she was thinking and responded, "I don't know if she'll be into doing it. But it couldn't hurt to ask."

"What are you two talking about?" Alex questioned.

"You go get Kevin ready and I'll be right back. And Alex, everything is going to be fine, so just stay calm ok," Christle said before running out of the room.

Alex looked at Kevin with a questioning look, but Kevin simply nodded in reassurance and started walking. Once in the green room, Alex handed Kevin one of the black garment bags with "Mr. Bar" writen on the tag.

"The changing station is through that door," Alex pointed.

After a few minutes, Kevin walked out sporting what looked like a dark plum colored pair of jeans. A slim fitted black T that hugged his body perfectly, and a pair of black shoes. It was simple to say the least, but this was just the first of four outfits he would be wearing. There were four categories in the show; Everyday Living, Semi-Formal/Formal, Business and Performance.

Alex was adjusting a few things when Christle finally reappeared, with Naz in toe. Alex looked at her confused for a moment then to Christle.

"Who is this?" he asked.

Christle simply smiled, "Alex, this is Naz, your new model."
