Dear Memory,
I look into you and I see
They and I talking
I laugh at things
The things I want to say
I hesitate to
In fear of being a burden
But if only I had courage
Maybe I'd feel better
But I know what it means to listen
And it's not always easy
So what gives me the right
To make them listen?
Regardless, you show me
How they always listen anyway
And I can only think
I can try my whole life
But never will I ever
Be able to repay them
For their kindness
Nor their love.~N
