Harry's POV

Frustrated at Zayn, I avoided talking to him when I arrived back at his house.

Utter remorse was swelling inside of me, I couldn't relax.

When I entered the living room I saw the bear I had bought Rosie, a mere hour ago.

My heart sank.

"I'm sorry mate, honestly. If you explain she mi-"

"No. It's unchangeable." I interjected. "She won't forgive me..I just know it."

Rosie's POV

Eventually I stopped my crying and I tried to liven up.

"How about we go play table tennis?" Sam offered.

"Er-wel-oh alright." I agreed, hesitantly.

We headed for the social room - which is where people who want to try and be social to - and met up with Charlotte on the way.

"Well Mrs Styles." She greeted me in a surly tone.

"How the-"

"Twitter. So much for loathing him." She said, crossing her arms.

"It doesn't matter because we aren't together." I said, the unhappy aura lurked about again.

"Tell me all." Charlotte beseeched.

"Charlotte just leave it." Sam said.

I had much respect for Sam.

She understood and she listened.

Upon arrival at the social room, I halted as I noticed Jake was there.

"You're gonna have to face him sometime."

Plucking up the bravery, I walked across the room and played a game of table tennis with Sam.

Avoiding eye contact with Jake, I stared at the posters dressing the wall nearby me.

"Damn!" Charlotte muttered, picking up the ball and serving it.

Unexpectedly, Jake came over to me, without his friends.

Scratching the back of his neck he said "I'm sorry for yelling and er I hope we can be friends."

Shocked at how he didn't despise, I still had to debate if what he said was legitimate..

"Okay."

As soon as I replied he left. "I think I'm going to head back to the room, I'm exhausted."

When I turned the corner I saw someone in the distance by the door of my room.

Hoping it was Harry, I walked briskly and as I got closer it was clear who it was.

"Rosie, please can I explain." Harry pleaded.

Biting my lip, I nodded.

We sat down on my bed, facing each other.

"Before I came here I was going out with a girl called Ellie but I broke up with her before I even met you. Zayn didn't know so that's why he said that. As soon as I met you I thought you were unconventionally beautiful, I instantly fell in love with you. Please forgive me."

His excuse was genuine but I didn't know what to do.

There was worry lurking in his green eyes and he gave me a beseeching smile.

"I forgive you, however, I think it's better if we just stay friends."

I could tell he was disappointed.

"If that's want you want than that's fine."

"We can do friend things. Oh I will be at your room at 6 for your birthday present." I tried to say as politely as possible.

Guilt was rushing through me.

His face lit up with his cheeky smile.

I had thought about it before and I was going to take him to the cinema. "Well thank you."

"Oh and I will just grab the money for everything you bought me."

"No it's fine."

Pretending I didn't hear what he had said, I got up and fumbled on the table for my purse which was under a large pile of magazines.

"Right so the ticket was 7.50 and the London eye was 15.00 and that teddy bear was?"

"You aren't paying me back for that. I can just keep it."

"Harry you are too nice. Right here's 22.50."

Passing him the money, our fingers slightly touched.

I couldn't help feeling different.

I still loved him.

"Well cya tomorrow, friend." He said, winking.
