Veronica's P.O.V
after all the classes I decided to go back to my dorm and took a very relaxing bath to prepare myself for later
pag kadating ko sa dorm i embraced myself with darkness my dorm was big, it was also very quiet and dark. I enjoyed the silence knowing in the end of the day everyone dies. All you did in your entire life was preventing yourself from dying early. but then reality always hits you that you will eventually die.
Pagkatapos ko maligo I checked the time 4:26 it was almost 5 my mom hates people being late so is my dad so I change quickly and decided to call caleb to pick me up
I dialed caleb's number
"Caleb"
"yeah?"
"where are you??" i said but my voice sounded na parang naiirita
"im outside your dorm" ohh
i decided to end the call and opened my door
"let's go?" caleb said. nauna na ako sa parking lot at kinuha ko ang susi ng car niya. I decided that i will drive kasi im a much faster driver kaysa sa kay Caleb
"Nica! slow down! are you trying to get us killed?!?!" i didn't care. nag drive nalang ako patungo sa Starbucks
"wow. the silent treatment" caleb said while holding tight to his seatbelt
"we're here" i quickly turned off the engine and threw the keys at him and went inside
it was still early its still 5:23 mga 5:40 na siguro dadating si mom.
nag order na lang ako ng frap and waited while si Caleb kumakain sa tabi ko
after a few minutes dumating na si Mom. sumunod naman sakanya si Dad saktong sakto tapos narin si Caleb sa kinakain niya. I looked at his face i thought that he'll be nervous meeting my parents but he just kept on smiling
Agad umopo si mom and dad sa tapat namin ni caleb then bigla nag salita si dad
"caleb? Diba ikaw ang anak ni kumpadreng Simon?" kilala na pala ni dad ang parents ni Caleb?
"yes tito" he said while smiling but his smile quickly fades away because of what dad said
"break up with Bella" he said in a strict and serious tone before he could say anything an old guy came inside the coffee shop and sat beside my father then a lady went inside and sat beside my mother
Who are these people?
"mom, dad" caleb said trying not look shocked
"once again break up with her boy" my father said
"no! I waited for this for so long and now that I have her your letting me break up with her? THAT'S PURE BULLSHIT!" he sudden outrage made his father furious
"calm down" i said while patting his back which made him actually calm
"you don't understand son" his fsther said in a serious tone while my parents where just watching
"asan don ang hindi ko maintindihan?" he said with bitter in his voice
"you can't have a relationship with her" his mother decided to join the conversation or more of an argument
"and why is that ma?" he said that while looking at his mother in disgust
"thats because you two are siblings" with that last sentence my mind started to ask questions again I started to feel numb
