"that's because you two are siblings" sabi ng mom ni Caleb

"bullshit. Do you guys think that this is a goddamn joke?" Caleb said with bitterness

"Listen, you guys can't be together" Caleb's father said with finality

"fuck it, im not here for the goddamn drama. If you guys don't want us to be together then fine. We're both still young so what's with the pressure?" i looked over to Caleb who was raging and he immediately softened because he knew that i was telling the truth

"well, we're both still 18 i mean she's 18 and im 19 so that's pretty young for us to do those cliche wattpad stories"

We both look at each other and nodded for we both know we can't be together. So why do we need to fight for love when in the beginning we both lost. We were not destined to be together, but hey, we both had a good run. So maybe its a start of a new relationship well... Not a romantic relationship but more of a sibling kind. Besides this time i could give Caleb's parents---- ermm ehm-- my parents a shot. We're both still young and kicking so whats the rush? Its not like im gonna die right? Right?

Well, no one really knows or even cares. If you ask people what's their biggest fear? All they answer are spiders, rats, bees, killer whales, lizards and more animals which are different enough that they are not welcome in this society where everyone is different. If the person is not an average person you guys call em weird, ugly and other hurtful things for we are afraid that someone might outshine us when the fact is that everyone is different in their own little way. Humanity is long forgotten in this generation it is no longer important, for them. All they care about is their stupid equality what about equity? Why make the rich richer when you can make the poor rich?

Well, today's society seems off. All they care about is bringing other people down. But im one of the few people who just don't give a damn or just simply don't care at all. All my feelings died years ago. Why you ask? Its still a mystery

"so do we all agree on these terms?" Caleb's dad glanced at us as we signed some papers about something

On our way home-- by home i mean Caleb's house

We had a pretty peaceful ride home. I admit that I kinda miss my foster parents but they weren't really there for me, they were never there for me. So maybe today's the start of a much happier family? Fuck it. Im risking it all now. It's time to stop thinking about things. It's time to take a leap of faith to happiness

"you okay?" i look over to Seylean who was eating fries, pizza, burger and drinking something that looks like green tea

"what's that?" i pointed at the green thing

"matcha. I love me some matcha" i grabbed her drink and took a sip

"that's disgusting, how can you drink that?" i look over to Seylean with a disgusted look

"hey! Its cleansing. How dare you insult the great o' matcha" she turned around and went upstairs but before she went to her room she grabbed softdrinks and chips. Where does she store all of that food??

"hey" i look over from where that voice came from

"oh, hey." i look down to my shoes cause this is such an awkward moment.

"please look at me, Bella" he raised my chin

I laughed.

"why the hell are we so awkward to one another? Come on, we used to be best buddies. Now siblings haha" i said trying to ease the mood a little bit.

"well, today's a start" he paused for a moment then smiled

"tara, garden tayo lil sis" umakbay siya saakin at bumulong

"from now on, call me big brother or kuya" ginulo niya ang buhok ko. I smiled at that small interaction. Well, today's the start of being siblings. It's kinda awkward but we'll get through it.

Maaga akong nagising kasi maaga naman talaga ako bumabangon.

"ATEEEEE" ganito ba talaga ka ingay ang bahay tuwing umaga? Nakakapanibago.

Well things change but im still me, the mysterious, quiet girl.

"yes?" i said in a calm tone

"ate..." i look at her ang hugged her tightly.

She sobbed.

"what's wrong?" i asked

"umupo ka muna Seylean" i grabbed her a glass of cold water

"i know, im not used to these kinds of things but you can talk to me because we are now sisters.." i said while patting her back
