Chapter Nineteen

This is going to be a shorter chapter, I'm sorry about that but I have a lot of homework that I've left until the last minute.

Y/n

I had been with Lotor's group for two days, Lotor had a plan to get more quintessence.
He had taken us to a gateway to another reality, the same one that Voltron had gone in a while ago. He planed on using pure quintessence to get there. 

"Sir, this is the last of the pure quintessence that we have." Zethrid said.

"And I plan on using it to gather more." With that, he went into the portal, Ezor and Zethrid followed him in first. I was on the outside with Acxa still.

I slowly piloted my craft into the portal for the quintessence, Acxa followed right after me.
Inside it looked the exact same as the outside, I wasn't sure if I had made it into the portal until I saw the ships resting on an asteroid. I flew over to them and landed my ship and got out to walk over to them.

"Acxa said that Lotor was going to disregard us as soon as he gets this quintessence, what do you think?" I asked the others.

"I think she's right." Ezor nodded, "We've been playing along with him this entire time, maybe if we hand him into the Galra forces now they might give us mercy." She added on.

Acxa sighed and walked forward and took out her gun. "For Narti." She pointed the gun at him and pulled the trigger, rendering him unconscious. 

"Did you kill him?" I asked.

"No, he's just stunned." She responded, turning around to look at us.

"Y/n, even if the galra empire does give us mercy they won't give it to you either way. You were a member of Voltron." Ezor turned to me and gave an apologetic look.

"She's right, you should plot a course to find your team and join them again or at least find the rebel forces that Lotor has been talking about." Acxa nodded, "We'll take care of Lotor."

I nodded, "I'm gonna miss you guys." I smiled and went to give them all quick hugs before I left in my ship. Luckily, I kept some of the clothes that I was captured in including the armour from Red. I left the ship on autopilot while I took off the new armour that I was wearing and put on the old armour from Voltron.

"Hello? Voltron, rebel forces?" I asked not getting anything but static in reply.
"Anyone?" I called out.

"Who is this?" The voice asked.

"Y/n, I was a member of Voltron- I got captured by Lotor." 

"Y/n, where are you?" They asked.

"Um, 53 North and 75 South." I replied saying my exact coordinates.

"We're close to you, we'll come pick you up." They responded. I looked around watching for anything or anyone who could be dangerous in any way, once there was nothing I tried contacting the rest of Voltron to try to have some sort of contact, I haven't gotten to see or talk to them in three weeks. I was cut off when I saw a large ship.

"Y/n? They asked, "We're the rebel forces, we're here to help you. Do you have any way to come to our ship?" I put my helmet on and replied saying yes. I climbed out of the ship I was in and used the booters to get over there, the door opened and let me in.

"One of our fighters will come down to get you." The same voice from before replied. I took my helmet off and stayed standing and waiting until the second security door opened.

"My name is Matt Holt, I'm here to help you." I looked up at the familiar name, it was Katie's brother.

"Matt?" I met his eyes and smiled.

"Y/n?" He smiled back. I ran over to him and gave a tight hug.

"Matt, I missed you so much." I smiled, Matt was always one of my childhood friends and one of my closest friends.

"I missed you too, Shorty." He laughed at me, I was always shorter than him so 'Shorty' was my childhood nickname, everyone used it on me when I was at the garrison.
"What happened to you?" 

"I was captured by Lotor and his generals and held captive for two weeks, I was basically starved and after two weeks and finding out that Voltron basically abandoned all hope of looking for me and started doing an on ice show, I agreed to join Lotor so that I wouldn't be starved anymore. I was with him for two days, now I'm here."

"They're still looking for you, especially Keith and Lance." Matt said to me.

"What happened when I was gone?" I asked.

"All I really know is that after they did the 'On Ice Thing'." He did air quotations with his hands, "Keith went to The Blade Of Marmora and Shiro's back." I was shocked about Shiro coming back, but more shocked about Keith going to The Blade Of Mamora.

"Allura's also been telling us that she thinks our chance to fight back soon." I nodded.

"I'll fight with you."
