I definitely still have feelings for Cam even tho I’m with…I WAS with Connor. But would it really be a good idea to go for lunch with him? Does he want it to be a date or just lunch? Who am I kidding? Cameron doesn’t like me anymore, he’s with Chastidy. Then again, what else do I have to lose?
I don’t even notice that I’d started crying until a teardrop hits my phone.

A few minutes…fuck. I quickly grab a red t-shirt, a plain, black, short-sleeved sweater and just keep on the jeans I wore yesterday. I add a couple red and black bracelets and a red hat and look in the mirror.
Oh…my…god. My eyes are puffy and my entire face is red. There’s not really anything I can do about it so I just wash my face in some cold water to see if it will take a bit of the heat out of my face. I look in the bathroom mirror and it seems good enough even though it’s not perfect.
I go downstairs but when I pass the hall mirror, I notice how bad my arm looks from another perspective.
Then I hear a knock at the door and Cam walks in. It’s a good thing my parents are at work until 5 because they hate when my friends do that.
I just keep my arm turned away from Cameron as he greets me and goes in for a hug. He’s not usually that forward. I wrap my arms around his neck and the hug lasts a few seconds. It feels so good.
He eventually pulls back and asks, “So where do you wanna go?”
I shrug, “Maybe…Pizza Palace? They started a buffet-type thing where you can top your own pizza with deserts or normal toppings.”
“Ooh,” says Cam, “I’d like dessert for lunch. Let’s go!”
We then head out of my house and to Pizza Palace. There are so many people in there that we decide to get it to go. I pick a s’more pizza made of chocolate with graham cracker crust and marshmallow spread. For toppings, I put sprinkles and peanut butter M&Ms.
Cameron picked graham cracker pizza with pink icing, marshmallows, candy cherries, and chocolate sauce.
We pay for them and go out back.
