Chapter 3

The next day after the incident with Marcus I found out that the "other girl" was Casey. I guess that's what she meant by "back off". HAHA oh well I didn't like Marcus anyway, I'm just annoyed that he would do that. Every time I see him in one of my classes or in the hall, I give him the death glare. Lol I just hope he's scared for life from me.

Later that day I ran into Casey in the hall... She had a smirk on her face and said, "Thanks boy giving me someone that can do my homework for me." It was the look on her face that got me really mad. I couldn't stand her at all. At that moment Jenny comes up and says, "Oh are you taking about that trash bag Marcus kid? Why would anyone want to date that looser. Kailey was going to say no anyway". I couldn't help but smile when Jenny said that. Casey's smirk was wiped right off her snooty little face after Jenny said that. She turned and strutted down the hall and Jenny and I both laughed.

My next class was science. I sit next to David in that class... I think I'm starting to like him. From 1st grade till now, he looks COMPLETELY different! He was a ugly, brace faces weirdo and now he has those hipster glasses and muscles and a perfect smile. He's one of those really cute nerds that every girl dreams of or sees in movies. He's also super funny. Just when he smiles at me I laugh.

Today in science we are dissecting frogs... (Ew). Even though David is cute, he still has a really dorky side to him. "Ok! Surgery time!" He says with a smile. I giggle a little bit, I let him do all the work because I am NOT touching that dead frog thing. Then there's Jenny over there doing all the work instead of her lab partner. I wish I was brave like her. I can be brave sometimes, but then something goes wrong afterwards. David takes one of the frog's origins and puts it close to my face like what people would do to you once they've found a worm. "EWWWW!" I screamed. I plug my nose, "It smells". David laughs and says, "The 'it' you are referring to has a name!" "Oh yeah? What?", I respond. "Ummmm.... Hehehe how about Casey", he says with the cutest smirk that shows his perfect dimples. I smile and say, "Perfect".

The bell rings and Jenny comes up to me and says, "Gittin it on with David I see." My cheeks turn red and my eyes get wider, "SHUT UP!" I say half laughing.

How could a guy like David go from really ugly to a hot mess. Ugg my brain is just messed up right now.
