Chapter 3

He is mad. No, he is beyond angry. I had a feeling that if I didn't finish my quests in time, then I was going to be next on the list. Not that I care if Satan killed me. What do I have to live for anyway?

Grabbing my keys off my apartment counter, I walked out the door and headed to my motorcycle. Thanks to Satan, I had to get a demon to secretly give me back the disposable phones he threw onto the ground. And it took a lot of persuading, to get the slimy little devil to sneak into the Underworld king's private chamber. And by persuading, I mean six human bodies that I happened to stumble upon.

Sliding onto my Harley, I put the key in ignition and pulled a disposable phone out of my hoodie. I cringed internally when I noticed the address of my target.

A college.

Being in college was going to make this job a lot more trickier. College students are constantly around others or in class and even have a dorm curfew that restricts them from roaming at night. Whats even worse is that they also tend to have roommates. My target has dull, brown hair and large glasses with a face full of pimples. Hopefully she won't be to hard to find. But you never know when it comes to college.....

Sighing loudly, I kicked off and headed to my destination. This was going to take longer than I would have liked.

Making a right, I caught sight of a sign that read,'Burklen Hikes College.' I pulled into the parking lot, ignoring the wolf whistles that loudly disturbed me as I walked by. I was supposed to be as translucent as a ghost but honestly, how do I hide in a parking lot that barely had any vehicles in it and groups of people randomly standing around. I walked onto the huge campus and mentally scolded myself for not looking up a map so I could get around faster. Luckily I spotted a boy, sitting in the middle of the hallway by himself. Walking up to him, I plastered on a fake smile and tapped his shoulder. He looked back at me and I gasped, as my hands started to tingle.

(Flashback)

I huffed in annoyance as I was trapped inside a sea of adults who were indulged in talking, drinking, and fighting. My parents were no where in sight and I was being constantly pushed around by big and scary people surrounding me. Grabbing the end of my light, pink gown, I ducked and dodged, carefully avoiding being trampled. When I finally escaped the vibrant party, I found myself outside on the patio. Letting out a sight of relief, I spread out my arms and closed my eyes, dancing under the moon light in my pink gown and short legs.

I attempted to twirl, but I only succeeded in tangling my feet together and falling off balance. I closed my eyes and started to cry, waiting for the pain I was bound to receive when I fell. Instead of pain however, I felt two little arms wrap around my body and I landed on something soft but at the same time hard and uncomfortable. Snapping my eyes open, I stared in horror as I laid on top of a stranger who looked at least 9, and that was TWO years older than me.

With a shriek, I scrambled off of him and stomped my foot,

"You wrinkled my dress!"

The boy's mouth fell open and he slowly stood up.

"I'm sorry that your dress got wrinkled when I was trying to catch you," he sheepishly murmured.

Being the brat I was, I simply nodded my head in approval and pouted my lip. Then I started to notice how much he looked like the prince from my human fairytale books. I noted the similarities between his curly blonde hair, green eyes and dimpled grin. I let out a squeal and jumped into his arms, ignoring his groan of pain. We tumbled to the ground and I pinned him down by his wrists with a satisfied smirk.
