"I- I'm sorry, Levi... I just can't do this anymore... I'm too young. This is too much to bear. I can't do it anymore. Lying to myself... lying to you... lying to Eren. You know this is wrong, you know its not working out. We're both trying to live in this fantasy world but I can't take this shit anymore. I'm done!"
"Are you kidding me? After all this time you finally wanna walk away from it all. You're leaving me. And let me guess, you're taking our child away?"
"Who said I was taking it?"
"Did you just refer to Eren as an 'it'?"
"Yes, as in, IT was an accident and I never should've lead you on in the first place. I tried to warn you about my life but you were so gung ho over everything. About this pretentious 'relationship' we had. It was so stupid... I have to go now. Goodbye."
He stood there in an empty room, speechless, abandoned once again, but this time he had his son... Eren.

"Mr. Ackerman, you have a few minutes before the bell rings, I suggest you quit staring into space and focus on yo-"
*RIIINNNGGGGG*
"Oh dear. Well everyone, good luck with your future lives, I hope you all excel and be the best person you could possibly be, congratulations on completing your final exam of high school. God speed and enjoy your summer!" The teacher, Mr. Braus announced, shaking each of our hands as we exited his English classroom.
"Ah! Finally! Exams are over, grade 12 is over! I'm free! Free at last... until university or whatever, but I'm free nonetheless." I sighed while stretching my arms up to the ceiling, approaching my locker.
"Yes girl, I'm so pumped. We finally completed school!" My best friend Sasha said, ironically, her father was our teacher.
"Do you think he's gonna give that guy extra time to complete his exam?" I wondered.
"Maybe... My dad is kinda... unpredictable." She said, taking a treat out of her bag, "Like sometimes he's super chill but other times he's downright strict and follows the rules. No exceptions. Want a piece?" Her hand aligned with my eyes, obstructing my vision.
"No thanks." I opened my locker for the very last time, clearing it of my personal belongings.
"Great, more for me!" And she gulped it down in one bite. "So...any plans for the summer?"
"Nah... I think I'm just gonna relax. I might travel around more, but nothing in particular. You?"
"Well... supposedly my dad and mother wanted to go on vacation for two months... To like, somewhere in Europe."
"That sounds awesome, but wait... That means we're not gonna get to hang out..."
"It's all good, we're still gonna stay in touch of course."
"Yeah, you're r-"
I was cut off by the loud creak of a door and a voice which belonged to Mr. Braus.
"I expect that regardless of your marks, you do what you can to be just as successful as a doctor, Mr. Ackerman."
"Yeah, whatever." The intimidating dark haired male replied.
Immediately, Sasha and I stopped our idle chatter and listened carefully.
"Listen Levi, it's really up to you. I do understand that things may not be easy for you but you have to at least put in the effort."
