(Sorry for the typos, I was in a hurry to finish this for you guys:-). I'll fix them soon xo)
" You got into a fight on the first day of school Nadia Ann Hunt?" My Aunt sighed as we drove down the muddy road back to our new house.
" I didn't fight anyone!" I protested and frustratedly hit the dashborad. My Aunt raised an eyebrow at my angry action, but didn't question it.
"Well would you do me the decency of tellling me what happened?" She asked. She was acting surprisingly calm to this situation, throwing me off guard a little. I shifted in my seat uncomfortably and took a deep breath before telling her the entire story. I explained to her how I met the blue eyed group, and running over to the excited swarm of people. I even told her about how Chris and his group were all glaring at the giant, but not doing anything about it as a thunderstorm started. I talked about the boy with the necklace and how he stood up for the frail boy. My mouth babbled on to even tell her how I had thought I was crazy for thinking I saw the giant having red eyes in that moment.
When I finished I was out of breath and we were home sitting in the driveway, waiting for me to finish reliving my memories. I cautiously waited for my Aunt's reactions. She sat still in her seat, her eyebrows furrowed from the gears working inside her head.
" Are you telling me everything Nadia?" she asked with her eyes closed, engrossed in her thoughts.
" Yes." I lied.
" There was thunder?" She asked quietly.
"Well yeah, you didn't hear it?" I questioned. It was pretty loud, even a half deaf man would be able to hear the rumbing roar. She smiled to herself and looked at me.
"There was no storm here." She mused, grabbing her purse and heading out of the car. I stared at her for a while, my thoughts consuming with more confused ideas. I jumped out of the car to pursue my Aunt and grabbed her hand before she reached for the door.
" Wait what do you mean there was no storm? You didn't hear it?" I asked again. This day was too confusing. Maybe she had been inside all day and our walls were built strictly for any sound from getting through.
" Nope," she replied simply, " I should've heard it too because I was outside all day washing the car until your principal called." She replied answering my thoughts. She returned her attention to the door and unlocked it, holding it open for me. " I think you should get some rest. You seem to have imagined things maybe a little too much," She nodded sympathetically, " I mean red eyes are not a thing Nadia." She waited for me to step through the door and rush into my bed, but I turned around impulsively and started to walk. I just needed some time to think things through.
" Where are you going?" My aunt called in a worried tone.
"On a walk." I said over my shoulder, not waiting for a reply.

My aunt was right when she thought I hadn't told her everything. I had actually left out a huge part on what had happened after the principal came. I took a deep breath as I recalled the experience.
After the principal had told us to come to her office, I glanced nervously at the boy in the necklace and desparately questioned to him at what I should do. He saw my worried eye and nodded his head indicating for us to follow her. He was still carrying the tiny child as we all trailed in silence behind the walking bag of wrinkles. The giant had gotten up, recovering from what had happened to him. I imagined the boy hitting him and watching his 200 pounded body fall forcefully towards the earth, but could not concieve the full idea that someone could ever take him out. The boy looked impressively built, but he was too lean, while the other guy was purely muscle and thick bones.
