She did everything they want
But it's not good enough
No, it was never enough
She cuts her wrist and bleeds
She hopes it would take her away
But it's not good enough
It's never enough
She cries and cries 'til her eyes run dry
She's broken beyond repair
All she ever did was not enough
It was never enough
All she wanted was to be loved
All she wanted was attention
All she wanted was to be cared for
All she wanted was for someone to just understand
But fate wants to mess her life
She had to live under a shadow
Expectations that are just too high
They want her to be someone else
When all she wanted was to be herself
She cannot be somebody else
They cannot comprehend
Now she hopes this blade will free her soul
From people who don't care, don't know
For all she's worth is not enough
It's never enough
