Chapter 41:

~ Kelsi’s POV ~

James and others go on their way. He seems so happy right now and I don’t want to spoil it. I don’t want to hurt him, not again.

“We miss you girls.” Louis cheerfully says, hugging us individually.

“Well, we miss you too Lou.” Katie says.

“That song was amazing.” Harry says.

“AmaZayn, you say?” Zayn interrupts.

When I heard Zayn’s voice my heart skips a beat. I accidentally meet his eyes as I blush and then look away.

“No, Jamazing.” Katie says back as she drops her arms on my shoulder.

Jamazing? Amazayn? That makes sense. James? Zayn?

“If you don’t ask, I’m hungry.” Niall interrupts.

“You always are.” Louis says, rolling his eyes.

“I heart there’s a buffet restaurant next block.” Katie says.

“Let’s go then.” Caitlyn says.

“Aren’t we watching the boys?” Mitchie asks.

Mitchie don’t let Katie finish when I knew she knows what will be this conversation again.

“Yeah, let’s just eat.”

We go to the buffet restaurant just across the block.

Niall’s plate is so full. What a appetite?

I sit next to Katie then I didn’t expect that Zayn will sit right beside me.

He asks like nothing happen last night. That kiss, the confession, the date.

“Are you alright?” He asks again.

“Of course.” I say.

Is he serious on saying that he’ll lay down and act like he doesn’t feel anything for me? But, why now?

Now that I think I’m falling in love with him.

~ Katie’s POV ~

“You write that song?” Harry asks.

“Yep.” I nod.

I’m chatting with Harry but I can still sense what’s going on beside me; Kelsi and Zayn.

“Anyway, I thought you have some interviews today.” I ask.

Liam chocked out as the others widen their eyes.

“You ok?” Caitlyn asks, rubbing Liam’s back.

“You ditch it, do you?” I ask, teasingly.

“Actually,” Harry ruffles his hair when someone’s phone rings.

“It’s mine.” Niall says after taking a bite on his food.

So, Niall.

“Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. Alright. Bye.” Then he hung up, going back to his food.

They all stare at him, Niall is so innocent while eating his food.

“W-what?” He just notice that his band mates are actually looking at him.

“Who called you?” Zayn first to ask.

“Uncle Si.” He says, chewing his food.

“Uncle Si?!?” They say in unison.

“What did he say?” Louis sulks.

“We’re all dead.” Niall says casually.

“What?!?” Liam yelled.

They move in fast forward, real fast.

“We better go now.” Liam says.

“We’ll drop you back to the theater then we’ll go back to studio.” Zayn explains.

“But I’m not done yet.” Niall whines.

“Yes. Yes you are.” Harry states.

“Oh, Niall you’re so cute.” I heard Mitch says.

Niall blush and Cait notice it too.

Because of the noise we’re making some of the people in the restaurant notice them. Fans and Paparazzi.

Flash keeps flashing through.

“We should go now!” Liam yelled.

~ Mitchie’s POV ~

We just make a big scene because of them. Careless. Liam panicky grabs Caitlyn, avoiding her to the paparazzi.

Louis go first, followed by Liam and Caitlyn, Harry and Katie, Zayn and Kelsi then Niall and I.

“I’ll cook for you when your interview went well and your Uncle Si don’t kill you.” I whisper to Niall.

He smile and wraps his arms around my shoulder, protecting me from the paparazzi.
