CHAPTER 7

Chapter 7:

~ Kelsi’s POV ~

We're heading to L.A. now where they will next perform. It's 4 hours’ drive. We did a little rest most especially the boys. Caitlyn is on the lounge since there are just 4 bed box at the room. Carlos is in his box; I can hear his snore. Mitch is with Logan at his box, well same with me and James. Kendall is in his box too. I don't know what happened to them but I wanna help fixing it.

James is sleeping now and I can't sleep. I make his chest as my pillow, I can hear his heartbeat. So peaceful.. Good thing that he didn’t get mad at me when I stop texting him for about 3 months. He is so considerate, he understands the situation.

My phone vibrates in my pants pocket. I get it out and check it. A message from Katie.

From: Katie :)

 Good evening Kels. :) I'll be in E!News tomorrow morning. Watch? I miss you Kels. Tell Mitch and Cait too.

I smile a bit and put back my phone to my pocket and try to sleep so I can wake up early in the morning to watch Katie.

I woke up because of my phone keeps vibrating on my pocket. It's ticklish. I just remembered Katie's interview in E!News. Oh gosh!

I slowly unwrapJames' arms around me but he's just too strong.

"James.." I say, softly.

"Hmmm." He hummed, still eyes closed.

"I'll just go at the back lounge." I say.

"Why?"

"I will watch television." I say.

"I'll go with you."

"You should rest. You have a show later." I say, concerned.

"No, I'll go with you." He says, sitting up as we go out of the bed box.

Logan and Mitchie are outside their box too.

"Can't sleep?" James asks.

"Nah." Logan says.

"Why you two? Can't sleep?" Mitch asks.

"We just woke up." James yawns.

"Katie will be featured in E!News so I'm gonna watch." I say.

"Katie? Let's watch too." Mitchie says in surprise.

We go to the back lounge and saw Caitlyn sleeping like a kid.

"Is that really how she sleep?" James chuckles.

"Cait.. Move a bit." Mitchie says, playfully pushed her.

Logan and Mitch sit on the right side near Cait and I sit on the left as James place his head on my lap, trying to continue his sleep.

I opened the TV and put it on E!News.

"It's starting." Mitch says, cuddling with Logan.

"What are you guys watching?" Caitlyn yawns.

It has 3 more segments before its Katie.

"I'm gonna prepare breakfast, first." I say but I can't move because James is sleeping on my lap.

"Uhh. Let me do the breakfast." Caitlyn says, jumping off the couch as she yawns.

Caitlyn go back with a box of cereals and carton of milk in her hands and a bowls.

"Really?" Mitch says.

"I don’t know what to cook though." She whined, putting the stuffs on the table.

"We are back now with Katie Gibbs." The host says.

The show is starting.

"It's Katie." Logan yelled.

"Ssshhh." I shushed him.

~ Kendall’s POV ~

I heard a noise from the lounge; I can't sleep so I decided to go there.

Mitch, Logan, Cait, James and Kels are there.

"What are you-" I was about to ask when I saw Katie on screen.

"Is it true that you and Luke are dating?" The interviewer asks.

Katie shrugs and smiles lightly.

"Me and Luke are just friends." She says.

"So, are you single now?" The interviewer asks with a smirk.

"Actually... I'm not." She says with a weak smile.

"So, who's the lucky guy? We heard that it's from a boy band."

"Yeah, but I just want it in private right now."

"Secretive. Anyway let your fans know about your album?" The host chuckles.

I miss Katie. She's ignoring my text or calls. She's really mad at me.
