Dedicated to @AbbyStyles16 for giving me the correct answer from Q#2. Yes, Valerie called harry ‘Cruella De Ville’. HAHAHA

You can still participate on the next questions although I can only dedicate two chapters to one person if it so happens that you still were the first to get the right answer. There are only few who participate in this worthless game after all. :’(

Valerie’s POV

The fine fabric of crushed velvet caresses my skin as I run my hands over the skirt of Bree’s dress. It fits her perfectly if I’d be totally honest to myself – not just because I was the one who designed it. It really looks good on her, more so when she’s finally completely glammed up for the occasion.

I am crouched down from the floor as I watch up at Bree’s anxiousness. I smile to myself when I notice how rapid she keeps on fiddling with her fingers – to her side and/or in front of herself. She’d often shake them together while gritting her teeth and taking a really nervous deep breath.

Her back is turned from the three full length mirrors that stand symmetrically at one side of the fitting room because I don’t want her to see her reflection until I’m done with the finishing touches. For a brief moment that she looks down at me, I can make out the intensity in her eyes. I know well enough that she’s dying to see the dress that all along, I’ve only make her see the sketches. Now, she’s finally wearing it and she’s going to see herself in it soon.

Her smile is radiant combining to the bright colour of the dress as I stand up to my full height to fix the back portion of the dress. It hugs her chest and waist just enough for her to breathe, but I know even if it does, she’d still find it hard to breathe on her wedding day. It’s kind of nerve wracking even to think that two of your closest friends are getting married in three weeks’ time.  How much more when I was in one pair of their shoes?

I am actually so thrilled for them, especially for Niall. Liam once said that whoever girl he’d find to settle with in the future, she would be the luckiest girl because he’s been waiting for the right one for the longest time. And I couldn’t have agreed more. Due to that fact, we all know he’s going to cherish whoever that girl is. In this case, that girl is Bree Lawrence.

Niall, however, is also fortunate with Bree. She’s probably the girl that I find with the strongest personality – except myself. She’s tough, I know, but there’s also this sweet and loving side of her. For the short period of time that I’ve known before I left London before, I’ve learned that she’s headstrong. She’s willing to take risks. Heck, she even flew from LA to London just to see for herself if she still has a chance with Niall, and look at them now – getting married soon.

To say that Niall and Bree are on the opposite sides of coin individually is an understatement. They’re of different currencies altogether, but they worked it all out. That’s why admire them because I am not as strong and impetuous as them.

I was taught that love was enough for someone to stay, but it’s different in some cases. Along the way, I have understood Danielle’s reasons for breaking up with Liam before. There are so many factors that affect relationships. Your love for someone might be strong, but if there are other aspects in your life that conflicts everything to the point that it breaks you, often you need to step aside for a little while. You can never really lose the feeling – it’s always there. When the time is finally perfect for the two of you, then maybe it’s time for you to step back in.

This theory of mine has been applicable to Niall and Bree. Hopefully, it will be too to Harry and me.

Staring at Bree with a bright smile, I step aside to give room for her and her dress.
