-Alex’s Point Of View-

It was the last night of the tour. I was so nervous about my onstage proposal to Alice! I mean I know we’re already engaged but I want everybody who buys Straight To DVD 2 that I proposed to her onstage and that the proposal in Cambridge is just one that is private. Now I want all the All Time Low fans to know who I love.

“I might ask Alice if we can film parts of the wedding and include them in Straight To DVD 2,” I said to Zack “Do you think she’d mind?”

“No, I think it’ll be cute if you had the proposal AND the wedding but have you guys set a date yet?”

“No not yet, but we’re releasing Straight To DVD 2 in December?”

“Yeah I think so,”

“And it’s November now so I think we’d be good.”

Alice walked in.

“Hey guys, what’s up?” She smiled. Damn! She’s so beautiful! Especially when she smiles!

“Umm well would you mind if we filmed parts of the wedding and include them in Straight To DVD 2?”

“No! Not at all!”I walked over to her and hugged her.

“10 minutes Alex! Have you got everything?” Tay asked me subtly pointed to the ring finger on her left hand.

“Yup!” I simply answered with a subtle thumbs up.

“C’mon guys, bring it in everyone!” Jack said strutting into the room.

“GROUP HUG!” Rian yelled. We all hugged then broke away.

“Good Luck you guys!” Alice, Mayday Parade and We Are The In Crowd wished us.

After every song in our album dirty work and a few from Nothing Personal Alice cam on stage and performed Sick Little Games, Lullabies, Running Lions, Therapy, Too Much, Walls, Coffee Shop Soundtrack and Remembering Sunday.

Remembering Sunday was our second to last song and I got Zack to play guitar.

“Forgive me I’m trying to find, my calling I’m calling at night, I don’t mean to ba a bother but have you seen this girl? She’s been running through my dreams,” Jack came on and handed me a black velvet box “and it’s driving me crazy it seems,” I got down on one knee; Alice’s face lit up “I’m gonna ask her to marry me,” I looked up at Alice with a huge smile on my face. She was blushing and nodded a ‘yes’ then I slipped a second ring onto her finger. The crowd cheered.

“I think we should sing another song now,” I smiled. I signaled Jack and Rian to join us onstage.

“I got your picture, I’m coming with you, dear Maria count me in, there’s a story at the bottom of this bottle and I’m the pen.” Our last song; Dear Maria, Count Me In.

We got into the tour bus and made our way to the hotel in London we were staying at. As soon as we got into our room, Tay and Alice wondered off and sat on the bed in Alice and my room.

“I like this one the most,” Alice said to Tay.

“Oh my God! So do I! Get that one!” Tay exclaimed. They giggled and I walked over to them.

“So what you guys talking about?”

“Wedding dresses,” Alice smiled.

“Am I allowed to look?”

“NO!” Tay screamed at me.

“Okay! Okay! Well we need to agree on a venue and everything,” I replied.

“I know, wanna look now?” Alice grinned at me. I nodded.

A while of discussing with everyone we agreed on a 3 tier chocolate cake, a band, the tuxedos that the guys would wear, bridesmaid dresses and catering! Alice showed everyone the dress but me. They all said that she’d look beautiful in it; I trusted them and took their word for it. She always looked beautiful!
