Eleven smiles at Will.
"But he said you're still new to the whole earth love thing..."
"I am, but I wanna learn with someone like me."
Will nods, taking a sip of his cider.
"You guys seemed so happy at the dance though." He sniffled.
"We were." El pauses.
"That's the thing were."
Will swallows the warm liquid.
"What if he doesn't forgive me?"
"Mike will, I promise."
Will hugs Eleven tightly.
"I'm so sorry, for so many things. I can't explain now, but I will eventually. Wish me luck."
He runs back inside.
"Mom, I'm gonna go to Mike's house really quick." He says.
Joyce nods. "Be careful."
Will goes back out, Eleven already being gone.
He hops on his bike and was on his way to Mike's house

Mike was sipping on hot cocoa, blasting music Will gave to him from Jonathan.
It was all mushy love songs.
It made him so sad.
He was only showing El how to kiss a girl!
Why did Will have to think it was more?
He needed to explain himself.
He hops on his bike, going to Wills as fast as he could.

Will wasn't paying attention. He crashed into a tree, falling onto the dirt. He felt blood rush down his forehead. Tears fill his eyes.
"Are you okay?" Somebody says, running up to him.
He looks up. "Mike?"
