As I was walking through the seas of drunk people, tripping, falling, and getting annoyed. I managed to get out, I let out an annoyed, tired, and successful groan "YES! I'm finally fr-" I let out an 'oof' as I fell on the floor.

"DUDE WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUTHISISRATEDPGUUUUDGEEEEEEE?!" I yelled at the guy. He has a black hoodie on with black skinny jeans and some ugly pair of shoes. Nonetheless he looks cute.

"Oh shoot! I'm sorry!" He said as he hurriedly scrambled up, realizing he was on top of me. Oh wait... I forgot to mention that part.

He dusted himself off and helped me up. "Sorry we got on the wrong foot, I'm Dan by the way" he said smiling slightly at me almost as if it was forced. "The name's Y/N" I smiled back.

An uncomfortable silence washed over us quickly "So..." He awkwardly started "Why are you here...?" I rolled my eyes "A friend brought me here, or so at least forced me to" I said. I saw his lips tug into a small smile "Guess were the same then"

I looked at him slightly smiling as well "Actually... Me being a wallflower I HATE it when my friend does this. It's just that -not to be rude or anything- I don't like talking to people that much" I replied. "Oh well were just the same then" he said.

"Your an introvert aka a wallflower too?" "Yep." I smiled "That's cool"

After a few hours passed we both got to know each other more and more, we didn't even realize that the party was over! "Really?!" I gasped at him, as he told another one of his 'epic fail' trips with his  best friend Phil. Someone suddenly put their hand on my shoulder which made me tense up.

I looked at the person and it was my best friend Y/B/N (your best friends name) and she looks DRUNK as hell! "Hey Y/N" she slurred while giggling. Her face was a slight red. I let out a sigh "You really need to get over him..." I mumble at her.

She looks at me weirdly then breaks out into a wide smile and lemme tell ya, I do NOT like that smile. She giggled a lot before answering me "Oh I already did" she said. I looked at her weirdly "Who?" I asked.

She then pointed to a guy in the couch clearly knocked out. I then see Dan pick the guy in the couch up, he then looked at me and smiled in embarrassment "Hey so uh... This is Phil" he said to me holding the sleeping man in his arms tight. "Ohhhhhhh, that's my friends crush" I whispered to him.

I looked over at Y/B/N and smiled she fell asleep while standing up! "And this is my friend Y/B/N" I said pointing at her. "Well we have to go it's already 3 in the morning"  I said carrying my best friend "Oh wait before you leave! Can I uh..." He said his face almost as red as a tomato "C-can I have your number?" He said clearly embarrassed. I smiled at him "Sure here" I said giving him my number.

"See ya Dan" I said giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. I saw his mouth almost drop to the floor. I put my friend in the car and started driving

You know what? Being a wallflower ain't so bad! I got to meet a cute guy and my friend is slowly moving on!  You know what? I'm very thankful for my friend for taking me to that party. I think I just got to meet the love of my life

I looked at my sleeping best friend and smiled at her "Thank you" I said before turning back my attention to the road again.

Later that night Dan texted me. Hours turned to days, days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months, and months turned into years. I guess you could say that, this wallflower is one HELL of a lucky flower.

Your friend, Kal-el, invited you to a party; you couldn't turn her down because she seemed so excited to see you there, being a good friend you accepted her invitation.

Now, here you were in front of her door. You could hear music blasting and people screaming just behind the door.

"Let's just get this over with." You say finally knocking on the door. You were welcomed by Kal-el's boyfriend, Jack.

"Oh, hi Y/N. I'm glad you can make it." He said closing the door behind you.

You just smile at him for response.

"I have to go, I'll see you around." Jack says, immediately leaving you to talk to a friend.

"Just gotta find a place where people wont notice me." You mumbled to yourself. You immediately find a place, where there's not much people; and decided to lean your back on the wall, when you notice a boy across the room doing the same thing as you.

You made eye contact for at least 3 seconds, you immediately breaking eye contact before it got awkward. You decided to scan the crowd, to see people dancing and crying.

You then felt a slight poke on your shoulder, you turned around to see a tall man who wearing a shirt with some printed bats on it.

"Hi..." He said quietly, while rubbing his neck.

"Hi." You said, trying to find a way out of this conversation.

"My name's Phil."

"Y/N." You said shortly.

Phil then started the conversation which continued till the end of the night, until the party was over.

'I'll see you soon, Y/N." Phil said, after exchanging numbers.

"Yeah, Bye." You said going inside your car.

You didn't realize this was the start of something beautiful.
