It was almost midnight, when Dan and I decided to get ready for bed.
After a few hours of just lying in bed, you decided to see if Dan was still awake; to see his eyes still open, staring blankly at the ceiling.
"Your still up?" You ask Dan, while facing him.
"Us?" You said, starting
"Yeah, just thinking." Dan stated blankly.
"About what?" Asking Dan, even though you already know the answer.
"Aliens, space,...us." Dan hesitated to say.
"Us?" You said, starting to grow nervous.
"Do you think we'll last?" Dan said, finally facing you.
That was a question you didn't have an answer for.
"Do you think we'll last?" You decided to ask the question to Dan.
"I dont know, but all I know is that I love you and I'm not planning to let you go anytime soon." Dan said, giving you a quick kiss.
"Let's go to sleep." Dan said, turning off the lantern.
