"You know I just love being your personal doorman! Really! Could you losers could've taken any longer?!" Richie was riding around the group of friends and complaining to them.

Everyone except Richie was walking and holding onto their bikes.

"Shut up Richie!" Eddie rolled his eyes.

"Yeah! Shut up Richie!" Stanley agreed.

"Okay! Trash the trash mouth I get it! Hey I wasn't the one scrubbing a bathroom floor and imagining that her sink went all Eddie's mom's vagina on Halloween!" Richie rode around the gang.

"S-she didn't imagine it." This caught everyone's attention as they stopped walking to look at Bill.

"I-I s-s-saw something too."

"You saw blood too?" Bill turned his head to Stan.

"Not blood. I saw g-g-gor-Georgie." Everyone went quiet. "It seemed so real. I mean, it seemed like him but there was this-"

"A clown." Eddie finished.

"You saw him too?" Lacey asked. The gang minus Bill stared at her.

"Yeah, I saw him too. That day you saw me screaming."

"Wait can only virgins see this stuff? Is that why I'm not seeing this shit!?" Richie asked. Leave it to Richie to not take anything serious.

"Richie. I will punch you in the god damn face." Lacey threatened.

The silence was cut short by yelling in the distance. The kids turned to look at a car parked on the side of the road.

"Oh shit that Belch Huggins car." Lacey snapped her head over to where everyone was looking and confirmed the car.

"Oh shit." She whispered.

"We-we should probably get outta here." Eddie wanted nothing more than to be safe from the bullies who've tainted him for years.

"Wait, isn't that the homeschool kids bike?" Bill asked pointing to a bicycle on its side against the tree line.

"Yeah that's Mike's." Eddie said.

"We have to help him." Beverly looked at everyone.

"Fuck." Lacey muttered throwing her bike to the ground.

"Lace!" Stan yelled.

"We should?" Richie was questioning whether it was a good idea or not.

"Yes!" Beverly was in a rush to catch up with her best friend who had already run out of sight.

Lacey was the first in the scene who saw the Bower's gang minus Patrick standing around Mike. Well Henry was sitting on top of the innocent boy holding a rock up in the air ready to smash it down on their head.

"Stop!" She yelled. When the word left her mouth, a rock went flying and hit Bowers in his temple. He fell off Mike who then pushed the rest of the guys body off of him.

"Nice throw." Stanley complimented Beverly who had thrown the rock.

"Thanks." She and Lacey kept her eyes on the gang in front of her.

"Mike!" Lacey called out. He started crawling through the water over to them. Lacey met him a little ways away and pulled him up and away from the Bower's gang

The Loser's club picked up rocks as quickly as possible and held their stances. Lacey grabbed one and stood next to Beverly.

Belch and Victor helped up Henry while he looked at his ex-girlfriend and her friends in disbelief.

"You losers are trying to hard. She'll do you." His eyes glanced over at Lacey. "They both will. You just gotta ask nicely. Like I did." He grabbed his crotch and messed with it gaining a look of disgust from Lacey.

Belch and Henry had smirks on their faces while Victor's remained emotionless as usual.

Ben screamed a battle cry and threw a huge rock at Henry's head.

"What the fuck?" Victor asked.

Beverly threw one and Lacey followed in suit.

"Come on get em!" He yelled to his friends. The three started picking up rocks where they could find them and started throwing.

"ROCK WAR!" Richie screeched at the top of his lungs. Only to be stopped by a blow to the head.

Both sides started picking up rocks left and right and throwing them to the other side. Most of the hitting while others missed slightly.

Eddie started moving in slowly on the gang as did Lacey.

"Fucking assholes!" She yelled as she chucked rocks at their heads.

"Fuck you bitch!" Belch yelled. Beverly threw a rock at his head. Eventually Belch and Victor took off leaving Henry alone cowering on the ground near the water.

Lacey's friends started retreating out of the water while Lacey did the same thing but in the opposite direction.

"Lace!" Beverly yelled. Lacey ignored her protests and crouched next to Henry Bowers.

"Lace." He whispered holding his hand out to her. She couldn't help but feel sorry for the defenseless boy laying in front of her.

She took his hand in hers and stared into his eyes. "Henry," She caressed his face with her right hand, "don't you ever mess with my friends again. You got that?" Her face turned stone cold. "Because I swear if you do, my fist to your face is the last you're ever going to see of me."

Lacey let her hand slowly slip out of Henry's as she stood up. He tried his best to hold on but he didn't have the strength in his body.

She climbed up the rocks and was met with Richie and Stanley who held his hand out to her. She took it thankfully and stood next to Richie.

"Go blow your dad you mullet wearing asshole!" He yelled across the stream. Lacey laughed and tugged on Richie's shirt.

"Come on Mr. Bad Ass." She kept her hand in Stanley's and the trio walked off.

Lacey couldn't help but look back at Henry who looked like he was on the verge of breaking completely. She knew that he needed her but her friends needed her more.
