"Okay, guide me, Yoda, how the hell am I supposed to kill that?" I ask and stare at the red-eyed monster in front of me. It reveals its sharp and long canine teeth and growls at me. Thankfully it's still a bit lost due to someone hexing it so it is taking longer for it to attack than it normally would. While it is still out of it I can try and squeeze advice out of Oliver.

But Oliver has something completely else on his mind rather than guiding me through hellhound killing. "If I have to be anyone of that ridiculous movie series I'm definitely Darth Vader and not that weird little green dude. Second, killing this baby will be easy. It's the getting close enough to be able to do it that will be hard", he says.

"You do realize that things didn't end that well with Darth Vader, right?"

Oliver shrugs. "But at least he was cool."

I shake my head, focusing on our banter rather than feeling terrified of the hellhound that I'm supposed kill with a knife I don't want to be holding. The last time I held a knife terrible things happened. Then again this time there is only Oliver present and I know he'd rather snap my neck than let me hurt him. "If anything you're Han Solo", I argue.

"Shut up, Roberts. I'm not good nor do I plan on becoming good so no Han Solo for me. Also I don't have a fucking annoying monkey as a pet", he adds as if that was the most important thing about the character.

"Point taken. So how do I kill this thing?" I ask again and motion at the dog. It makes a move to bite off my hand so I pull it back and retreat a couple of steps.

"Easy. You plunge a silver knife into its heart and that'll be end of that rabid dog", Oliver answers and pulls out a knife like a host at the country fair. "You're in luck! This beautiful thing can be yours with only 199, 99 golden drachmas! Come and get your own from--"

I snatch the knife out of his hands before he can go on. "Thanks."

"Just don't let it bite you, hellhound bites are a bitch to heal", Oliver reminds me very helpfully as he takes a step back and lets me handle this on my own. It's clear that he isn't going to help me one bit. Not that I was really expecting him to. It's Oliver, after all. He's not exactly a helpful kind of guy.

I try to get closer to the beast but every time I make a move it stretches its jaws to bite me and I constantly have to move out of the way. If not for my training it'd have gotten a bite of me already. I keep dodging its attacks but I'm not getting anywhere near its heart. That is until I have an idea.

A ball of Blue Fire shoots out of my hand. I concentrate on the ball and make it roll which isn't exactly easy since Blue Fire isn't really a telekinetic kind of power. But I'm able to control the movements of my flames a bit. The hellhound may be a demonic creature but a part of it is still dog-like. The ball of electric blue flames confuses it and makes it vulnerable. I keep the ball running for as long as I can and sneak closer to it.

My knife has nearly found its way to the hound's heart when it realizes what I'm trying to do. The hound flips out and tries to either bite or scratch every part of me to pieces. I struggle with it and receive a lot of injuries but nothing truly severe. We fight for a while until I manage to distract the hound again and push the sharp edge deep into the hound's heart. It makes a sound in the between of a howl and a growl until it explodes into tiny bits and pieces.
