Corbin and I finally agreed just to stay and go swimming. Since we were already in our clothes and had our towels, we walked straight to the ninth floor also using the elevator.

When we get out of the cheap elevator we look through every dark room on the ninth floor to make sure there was no zombies lurking in the mysterious darkness that lies in between my top ten fears...OF DEATH!

We finally checked all the rooms except the pool because we want to keep it a surprise, on how it looks, when we first walk in.(Also, it was locked...)"K. Let's go." Corbin said like going to the pool was a special mission. I smiled at his stern face.

"I can't take you seriously when your acting serious." I laughed at his long-distant stare. I stopped laughing, suspecting something was wrong. "What's the matter?"

Corbin runs to room 3i and slams himself on the wall next to the door. He puts his gun hand up to his face swishing his head back telling me to come here.

"You're a nerd." I walk slowly towards the door.

"Shhh! Hurry up!" he whispers loudly. As I reach the door I turn the knob, but then I kick the door down instead of opening it like a normal person. Gripping on the doorknob, I lift up my knee and kick the door using all my might with just one foot.

Corbin tries to hold in his laugh, but he bursts out his mouth like a bomb exploding.

"Don't laugh! Now help me get my foot out of the door. I got a bad splinter on my heel." I grit my teeth pulling my foot backwards, but instead I scream. On the other side something grabbed my foot and pulled it his/her way, leaving me to go forwards slamming my head into the door.

Corbin started to notice me crying and pulled me back. I kick to try to escape, but I feel claw marks dig deep into my ankle almost reaching the bone. The
knife-edged claws got deeper into my skin. I could feel blood dripping out like a water faucet flooding hot water out of it into the sink, creating smoke in the cold air.

I look up at Corbin feeling agony and sharp pain. I try not to scream because I don't want to attract zombies. Corbin uses all of his might this time, he pulls me straight back. Corbin pulled too hard and lost his balance, so he slammed into the wall smacking his lower back into the other doors doorknob. He lets me go, dropping me on the floor. He leaves me bleeding endlessly.

Corbin fell to the ground seeing the trail of blood leading to my ankle. As the blood dropped to the red carpet, I see a bloody green hand reaching out of the gash in the door. It looked like a... zombie tiger?
