*If your confused I'll explain it a little bit. June needed a new bandage for her ankle, so Corbin went to go get some in the little room, but there wasn't anymore. Now he has to go out to the store and get some more, so she won't lose more blood. June doesn't want him to go because he might get eaten by a zombie. She knew she had to say something, so she told him how she felt about him. Corbin is shocked on what she said. Is he feeling the same, that is the true question. Corbin is now leaving, so now it's to him and his point of view. I'm going to leave off where June tells Corbin how she feels.*

-June-

"CORBIN! I LOVE YOU!" I can't believe I just said that. I hold my hands over my mouth regretting what I said. I do love him, but I never knew I would actually say it.

The cage doesn't close yet. Corbin steps out with the machete that was left in the elevator and looks at me with amazed eyes. The machete thumps on the carpet.

"Is that true?" Corbin asks. I nod in agreement putting my hands down. I almost break up in tears realizing Corbin will never say "I love you" back. We may have kissed, but that doesn't mean he loves me.

"I'm sorry." Corbin made his final decision to leave. He picked up the handle of the machete and headed out. Not saying another word, he closed the gates and I heard the elevator go "ding" every time he is on another floor down.

-Corbin-

I arrive at the first floor. I grip the end of the machete to expect the unexpected. The unexpected is what I'm afraid of the most.

I type in the code to open the gates. As I step out I see the cashier and the celebrity that once lived on the 10th floor. The famous celebrity was of course a girl. She had a fuzzy white and bloody coat on with long diamond crested earrings dangling from her green ears. She had too much make up and her hair was short and a bright yellow blonde. Her hair was fluffed up and back over her head like a professional with too much glittering hairspray. The celebrity was a zombie The cashier was terrified because the celebrity was trying to eat him. I think I recognize the celebrity. Jackie Bronze was her name. She was famous for being nominated best actor and most beautiful. She won, but I didn't watch the stupid awards show. All they talk about is themselves.

"Jackie!" I scream, trying to get her attention. She looks straight at me and darts straight for me. She was fast, but the bone popping out of her ankle slowed her down. Her green red flesh smelled like a 50 year old present and inside was rotten eggs with a dead mouse inside and a strip of a pollution ribbon around it.Once she was only four inches away from me I slice her head clear off with my machete. Her head lands on the ground while her body falls backwards and blood shoots out of her neck like a sprinkler.

I could hear the cashier breathe heavy as I walk towards closer to him. The sweat dripping down his face created fear in his eyes. His red suit was sweaty from almost having a Heart attack.

"Thank you!" he reaches out his hand over the desk and grabs my left hand and shakes it uncontrollable. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" he repeated over and over. his hands went up and down, rapidly shaking his hand with mine. His gloves become sweaty and slippery as he shakes my dry palm. I back my hand away.

"Your welcome." I reply only once. I shake off the sweat on my hand from the cashier. "You know I never knew your name." I said wanting to know his name.

"Oh, my apologies! I'm Chad."

"Corbin." I told him my name trying not to be rude.

"What brings you down here? Did you get tired of your girlfriend?"

"First of all she isn't my girlfriend second of all I need to go to the store to get more bandages. June got her foot cut by some type of creature on the ninth floor."

"Oh, your talking about...it." he holds his hands together and rolls his eyes.

"What's it?"

"Nobody knows. it's just an it. I has red gleaming eyes and sharp needle teeth that can cut through rubber, steel, even gold." His eyes widen trying to impress me. I try to think about June.

"What if the beast broke out of the room, chomped through the gate, pressed number ten with its tail, and broke through the gates again in June's room, and ate her?!" I thought. I start to worry. Then I realize I left a walkie talkie beside her little table where she set her orange juice and cookies at. My walkie talkie is on my pants loop stiff as a bullet.
