Far away, beyond the sea was a young turtle like girl looking out from her window. You could see the sea from the hole city. It was beautiful but that wasn't the reason why she always looked at it. She looked at it because she knew that beyond the ocean, if you went at north, you could find a turtle like teenager. Her big brother.
She had never met him. He left seven years before she was born. He didn't know how the city he was born in looked like. He didn't know that he now had a seven years old baby sister. Maybe he didn't even know he once came from a city full of kappas, or what power he had. He lived his own life in a human city, with another family that he wasn't even related to.
She turned around to look at herself in her mirror. She twisted a bit of her curly hair with her finger. People always say that she looked like her mother in that age, except from her freckles and fire colored eyes, those was her father's.
How did her brother look like? The only think she knew he had their mother's blue eyes.
A knock on her door woke her up from her thoughts.
The little girl:"Yes?"
A servant opened the door and smiled at her.
The servant:"Good afternoon, Snowflake. Your parents want to meet you."
Snowflake:"Okay, tell them I'm on my way."
The servant nodded and closed the door. Snowflake made sure her ice blue dress was clean and put on her little crown, just in case. Then she ran out from her room and across the ice made halls with a smile on her face to meet her parents.
Don't ask her how, but in some way she knew she would finally meet her big brother sometime soon.
