Secrets of Mikey's past (on hold)

I'm here for you

Mikey didn't say anything. He just stared into the air.

Pinkie:"Mikey, you okay?"

Mikey:(probably didn't hear the question)"So you aren't my family?"

Leo:(act as calm as he can)"Mikey, that's not true."

Mikey had tears in his eyes. Leo rubbed his shell trying to comfort him, but Mikey could only think about one fact. The turtle who was trying to be a good big brother to him wasn't his brother at all, and that just made the hole moment worse.

Mikey:(begins to cry)"Just leave me alone!"(runs out of the lair)

Pinkie:"Mikey!"

Right then Karai entered the lair and saw Mikey run away.

Karai:"Guys, what's going on? Why did Mikey just run out of the lair in tears?"

They told her all about the retro mutagen and the hole thing about Mikey didn't share the same genealogical tree as the other turtles and the newly found fact that he probably wasn't even a mutant.

Twilight:"As you understand it was a bit much to take in. And of course is wasn't pretty good news."

Karai:"I'll go after him."

Leo:"Karai, you don't have to, we can handle it."

Karai:"It didn't look so a moment ago. Mikey is my baby brother too, I have to take care of him just as much as you have."

With that said Karai went to go after Mikey.
Mikey sat on a rooftop nearby as he looked at the big city. Tears did still run down his cheeks.

Mikey:"Lucky fellows, I'm sure they don't have to wonder if they really are related to their siblings! And they sure don't have to feel so lonely with the family they thought was their own!"

Karai:"Mikey! How are you?"

Mikey:"Huh?"(turns around)"Karai!"(hugs her tightly)

Karai:"Ugh! Heh, nice to see you too, Otōto."(hugs back)

Mikey:(let go of her)"I'm having the worst day ever."*sniff*

Karai:"I know. They told me what Donnie found out."

Mikey:(sobbing)"I...I have never felt so lonely before, when Donnie told us, it was like... for a second... for a second they where total strangers... we didn't know each other... I felt like an intruder..."

Mikey felt some tears run down his cheeks as Karai laid her arm on his shoulders.

Mikey:"I have always knew that I was adopted and isn't biologically related to Master Splinter or you. But we have never known if me and my brothers was. I have thought my hole life that we was, mostly because that's what I wanted to be true..."

Karai:"I'm so sorry for you, I know how it is to find out something about you relatives that you could never imagine."

Mikey:*sniff*"I can't understand how you could avoid breaking down totally."

Karai:"Oh, that was easy. I got a wonderful family to help me. And they will help you too Mikey."

Mikey:"Even now when they know I'm not their real brother?"

Karai:"You still are our real baby brother, silly. You grown up together and was raised by the same father who had took you in as his own. Biology won't change that, we belong together."(smiles)

Mikey thought about it for a moment then smiled.

Mikey:"Thanks, Oneesama."

Karai:*giggles*"You're welcome, come on, let's go back home. I think Pinkie is worried about you."(gets up)

Mikey:"Sure!"(gets up)

Karai:"And Mikey, if you ever need to talk I'm here for you."

Mikey:(nods and hugs her)[Best big sister ever!!!]
