The next morning, I wake up in Ward's arms and I don't know how I got there.
I look around, and recognize my room. I start to realise that when I walked out the door of the briefing room and went to my room, at some point, Ward must have come after me and come to my room to find me asleep, but instead of going away and leaving me to sleep, he must have climbed in with me and I have memory of me waking up just as Ward is climbing in and I moved over and he layed on his back and I snuggled up to him and put my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me.
Without waking him, I gently pry myself from Ward and climb out of bed and put my shoes on and then leave the room so that Ward can sleep.
The bus is quiet, and I know thst everyone is asleep. I head down to the cargo bay. I am there for 5 minutes and then I realise that Fitz-Simmons are in the lab. I walk in and say hi.
They answer me and that is when I realize that they are glaring at each other.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"We are having a little disagreement" says Fitz
"A little disagreement. You are just jealous and you can't admit it." Simmons snarls back at him.
" Jealous of what?" I ask
" Agent Triplet, kinda asked me out and I kinda said yes" Simmons said shyly
I couldn't believe it. Was I hearing it right. Did Simmons just say that she was dating Triplet.
"Wow. That's great Simmons. Fitz, you should be happy for her. After all we are S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents and yet Simmons has found the time to try and have a normal life, by going on a date with a guy she likes. Soon you will find someone you like and you will ask her out."
Fitz has turned red. He looks like a tomato.
"Fitz, are you alright, you look like a tomato." I ask
Fitz looks down at his feet and then he looks back up at me.
"I have already found someone I like and I want to ask her out on a date."
"Well then, who is she, you should ask her out. and then you will be just as happy as Simmons and then you won't be jealous."
Fitz looks at Simmons. Then he walks over to her and kisses her square on the lips.
I am shocked. Then I put the pieces of the puzazle together. Fitz jealous. The girl Fitz likes and wants to date is Simmons. That is why he is so angry. It had been going on right in front of the rest of the team for months and no one had noticed, not even Simmons and she was around Fitz, 24/7.
Fitz finally pulls away from Simmons and they are both panting. Simmons has a shocked look on her face.
The next thing I know Simmons, slaps fitz across the face.
"How dare you kiss me" Simmons yells at Fitz.
"If you ever do anything like that again, I will shoot you with an icer and transport you to the fridge and leave you there and never tell anyone where you are so that everyone forgets about you. Is that understood?"
Fitz gulps, he has a scared look on his face. he nods
The tension in the air, disolves a bit.
"What is going on in here?" Coulson asked from the door way
We all turn around. No one had heard Coulson come in. there rest of the team is there two. The fight between Simmons and Fitz must have woken everyone up. But I don't care. I'm am furious with Fitz, because just before the team walked in Simmons told me that Fitz had shot her with a stun gun. I turn on Fitz
"The next time you do something like that to anyone I will shoot you and no one will be able to sto me. Is that understood?"I growl at him
"Does that include him?" Fitz asks. Without him havng to tell me or gesture I know who he is talking about.
"Yes, that includes Agent Triplet. Just because you are jealous and angry about it, doesn't mean you should shoot someone with a stun gun, especially someone you have to work and live with.So get over it, and if you can't say anything nice or apoligise you two should find a way to work together, because otherwise, I will pull the two of you apart. Is that understood?"
Fitz nods, I turn to Simmons who nods as well.
I turn around, to walk out the door, and everyone has a stunned look on their faces.
"What?"
"Wow, Skye, I never knew you actually listen to us, and watched what we did and said so much." Triplet says
"Well I do. Oh yeah, and we need to chat. Because this fight between Fitz- Simmons isn't just one of their normal fights. This was over you. So you better watch what you say and do from now on because I don 't want to have to sort out another fight between Fitz-Simmons. If I do I will scream and I will make living with me hell and so will Fitz-Simmons."
I push my way through the door and when asked where i was going say that I am going to the bar to get a drink.
When I reach the bar, I immediately go to the vodka.
Oh my god. I suddenly realise, that I just turned into Fury. That is so scary. What is happening to me.
