At some point, we've all had or has a friend whose been a clingy bitch. Now, what is a clingy bitch?
Clingy Bitch: A person who is constantly following you. No matter how far away you are from them, they'll always be there to stalk you.
Now, I have a friend who is being a clingy bitch. She'll constantly follow me, talking to me about shit I don't care about, and then ask why I ignore her when I don't respond. Seriously, bitch. I. Don't. Give. A. Shit. To be honest, if you weren't such a clingy bitch, I might still talk to you.
