Matt x Lance [VLD Fanfic]

F e e l i n g s

     Matthew being in Kaltenecker's room petting her gently like a puppy on Christmas. He was jn a peace until he heard the door open. Looking to his left saw a brunette holding two empty cups.  "Allura and Coran wanted milkshakes" he said awkwardly. Matt without saying a word walked pass Lance but before he was 2 feet away from him he heard his voice again "why are you avoiding me?" He asked and you can tell by the tone of his voice he demanded an answer. "I'm not" Matt was sitting on a thrown of lies. "Then talk to me" lance turns a quarter to face him. "Trust me Lance, it's not that easy" Matt turned around to fully face the Cuban. "Why are you doing this? What did I do wrong. Do you not care about me?" Lance shot questions at him only to be interrupted by an angered Matt "I care Lance!" He paused "I care alot about you, but to keep you happy, I need to stay far away from you" and with that Matt walked away fast until he was out of sight. He didn't want to explain more to Lance.

        A week has passed. Matt managed to avoid Lance this whole time. While Lance and Keith where somewhere jn the castleship making out Keith notices Lance was disturbed "what wrong?" He bothered to ask "Nothing" he looked away not to make eye contact with his boyfriend "bullshit Lance, tell me" Lance didn't want to make his boyfriend angry to he spit it out "Matt's been avoiding my lately, I did something wrong, I screwed up" Lance looked down only to look back up by his boyfriend putting a finger around his chin and pulling his head up "you did nothing wrong Lance, trust me" Keith pressed his lips gently on top of Lance. He smiled into the kiss melting in Keith's soft skin. "Thanks" is all he muffled. Little did they know Matt was wathing the whole thing, being dorky Matt he dropped a pencil making Klance look his way, quickly he dissapeared and Lance decided to chase after him but only to be pulled back by Kieth "let him go, you're with me" Lance didn't disobey and walked back to his boyfriend. He was starting to get a little disturbed by Kieth's actions. Lance shook it off thinking it was just him acting crazy

     Matt entered his room. He KNEW what he felt for Lance. He was willing to give anything to make this feeling go away. Matt loved Lance. He hated this feeling. He thought this was just some teenage drama phase soon hoping to go away. This was too much Matt put his head on his pillow as he drifted off to sleep.

   Morning arrived as a bed hogging Lance hugged his shark body pillow while drool dripped from his mouth. Soon a awoking alarming constantly sounding on and off. Lancey Lance botled up, now aware of his sorroundings he dragged himself to the side of the bed and turned off his alarm on the wall, cause hay, altean technology.
    Lance sat up rubbing his half asleep eyes and got up to freshen up in the restroom, after his business was done, brushed his teeth, and washed his face. He dressed his normal attire and was interested on what the say had in store for him. He wondered if Matt would stop ignoring him and told him what was going on. As he walked along the halls he spotted a mullet turning a corner as Lance's face shot at excitement he raced to the Texan giving him a bear hug from behind "hello my edgy emo" Lance  mummbled still knowing he was half awake "Lance, how many times do I have to tell you, i'm not emo" playfully frustrated Keith told him and turned around to face him but not losin away from Lance's grip. "Sure Keith" Lance pressed his lips on Keith's temple "whatever" Keith respones only wanting to finish the conversation and wanting to make out. God these gays where horny as shit

     When Matthew got up along with his sister, they made their way to the lounge where Not My Shiro (aka fake space dad) was discussing with Kolivan on next plans about Voltron. When Pidge ran to Hunks side Matt looked over to see a cooking Hunk preparing food, well thanksgiving was two days away. As he walked to the counter he notices all of it was altean food, well they where in space, but Hunk knew his spices and was making a whole buffet. Hunk smiled and walked out the room.

Lance and Keith where broken apart since Kolivan and the crew where about to leave. When Matt walked out of the castleship, he saw something that he would never see in existence.
Keith was kissing a Balmera female who had happened to be rescued by Keith himself.
