People knew Luke Hemmings, millions of people, as he was previously the lead singer of the world famous band '5 Seconds Of Summer'. They were at the peak of their careers, just finishing the world tour for their third studio album. They told the fans they would be back soon, but ever since the accident the band has fallen apart and mostly likely not going to be put back together.
Luke would only talk to his older brother Jack, as he felt like he was the only family he had left. He abandoned the band and his phone, deleting all forms of social media so he can lock himself away from the cruel world around him.
When he finally gives in to his brothers presistant commands, he finds himself going to see a therapist three times a week. surprisingly, he didn't mind, not after he met the woman who he was going to be spending most of his time with.

Nobody knew Annie, apart from her few friends, clients and co-workers. She didn't mind that though, the less people she knew the less people she could loose. after already loosing the most important people in her life, she found herself wanting to help others go through the grief and pain, since she was alone when doing so.
Most of her clients were older than her, since she is only 24, but when she meets her new client Luke, 21, she can't help but feel a small connection. Maybe its their shared love for music and books, or maybe even their love for the new TV programme about finding love in one day.
She knows some people prefer to talk to her like the therapist she is, but when she sees the saddening state of Luke and she knows she needs to be more that just a therapist.

Being the older brother of a world famous singer was pretty easy going, up until he dropped out of the band because of his parents heart-breaking deaths. Jack thought it'd be best to let him grieve for as long as he needed, but after a whole year of not leaving his brothers house Jack decided it was time to put Luke in his place.
Taking time out of his own life, Jack promised to stay with him as long as he went to the therapist that Jack did a lot of research on. He wanted his brother back, he'd do anything for him.
