Am I Gone?

Date

Once I get home I run straight to my room. I looked at all my shirts, shorts, pants, skirts, and dressed. But nothing looked good.

Okay think movie and a dinner. It's a casual date, so defiantly jeans and a cute top.

I look through my closet and fine my favorite jeans. Their light blue with sparkles and rhyme stones on the back pocket. Next I look at all my tops. I finally settle with a floral top. Over my top I have a loose cardigan on.

Now it's time for my hair great... Should I wear it straight or curly?

I decide to go straight. It seemed more casual.

I put on a light eyeshadow, a cat eye, and mascara.

At 7:50 the bell rings. I scream with enjoyment... ok Kimmy keep it cool.

I open the door.

There he his the tall, handsome Theo James. He's wearing blue jeans and a black v-neck with a blue and red plaid button up shirt.

You have no idea how much I want to smack lips with him.

"Hey, are you ready?"

"Yeah. Let me just grab my phone and purse." I say smiling.

"Ok... Sorry I'm early." he says in a shy, but confident voice.

"It's ok. It's like I always say early bird catches the worm." OMG did I just say that.

I grab my purse.

"Ready."

"Great lets go."

He leads me out to a sweet corvette (I don't know what model)

"Wow... Theo it's..." My jaw almost drops to the floor.

"I know sweet, right?"

"Yeah. It's amazing." What I really wanted to say was your amazing, but I practically just met the guy.

We get into the car it's going to be at least a 45 min drive, I love in the country.

"Do you wanna play the question game."

"Sure." I say curious

"Rules are you have to answer the other persons question no matter what, and you can't go twice."

"Ok. You first."

"Ok... what's your favorite song?"

"Easy The Big Bang by Katy Tiz." (check the song out for real it's awesome.)

"My turn." I think for a bit... go big or go home right? "Why did you ask me on a date?"

"It's that easy... I like you." he says smiling.

"Yeah, but why do you like..."

He holds his finger to my mouth like I was a kindergarten and he was trying to quiet me down; While saying, "nope it's not your turn."

"Whats your favorite thing to do?"

"Soccer duh!"

This goes on for a while. I decided not to ask him again why he likes me so I can get to know him better.

I finally try ask him again why he likes, but as soon as I open my mouth he said, "We're here!"

The car stops at UDF (It's a ice cream shop)

I laugh a little, how'd he know this was my favorite place to eat ice cream.

"What's so funny?"

"Now Theo it's not your turn now is it." I say laughing

He laughs too. "I guess not."

"How'd you know I love UDF."

"I didn't its my favorite place to eat. I normally take girls here to see if there stuck up. Because some girls think it's weird that I take them to a gas station for ice cream."

"Did I pass the test?"

"It's not your turn, silly. Why do you like UDF?"

"Because of their Superman ice cream. Now did I pass the test?"

"I don't know yet..."

We walk into UDF and stand in line to order ice cream. When it's our turn Theo orders for the both of us.

"One Superman shake with white milk, and chocolate chip cookie doe shake with white. That's all thank you."

We walk to the cash register, and I reach for my purse, but he pushes the money away when I try to hand him the money. He grabs our shakes and walks outside to the tables. He hands me my shake.

"Thanks, but you didn't have to pay."

"It's fine. it's kind of how first dates go."

"How many first dates have you..." I stop. "Sorry, it's your turn."

"How many first dates have you have?"

I blush trying to remember. "Umm... 3 first dates, but none of them worked out."

He almost spits his shake out of his mouth. "Just 3. Wow you are dedicated to soccer. I've hand 7."

"Way to be modiste" I say laughing.

We finish our shakes and head to the movies. We takes seats in the back row.

"Kimmy it's your turn."

"For what?" I said confused.

"The question game."

"O ok, umm... why did..."

Someone in front row screams, "Shut up! The movie is starting!"

Theo and I almost die laughing.

During the whole movie we were singing all the songs... I didn't know he knew "Frozen" this well.

After the movie is over Theo takes me home. We ask each other silly, and weird question.

We got to my house and he opens my car door and walks me to the front door.

"Theo this was really fun."

"Yeah it was, we should do this again sometime." he says while putting a loose piece of hair behind my ear. "Text me, ok?"

"Ok." I say while putting his number in my phone.

I open the door. "Bye Theo." I want to kiss him, but I just can't. I dont know why though.

I don't want to leave him high and dry, so I kiss him on the cheek. Even though it wasn't a really kiss I could feel the spark. I think Theo felt it too because he blushed.

I close the door.
