Am I Gone?

The Big Game

It's been 3 weeks since me and Theo officially started dating, and tonight was the big champion ship game.

"You ready to take down the Sea Snakes!?" Nikki ask.

"I was born ready!" I say laughing.

I go through any regular boring day at school. But the best part is getting to see Theo.

(Time for the game)

"Are you girls ready to fight hard!?" I scream.

"Yeah!" The other girls scream back.

"Are we gonna win!?" I say.

"Now let me here you scream!"

"Whooopy!"

"Louder!"

"Whoopy!" They scream so loud my ears actually start to ring.

"Pumas on 3... 1... 2... 3!"

"Pumas!" we all say together."

"Now lets go beat the Sea Snakes!"

"Yes!" They say back.

I start at center defender and blocks 3 goals on the other team. Then the coach puts me in left front line because it was still 0-0.

At half time we scored 2 goals. They only scored one.

"Okay Kimmy, give them your pep talk." The coach says after her speech.

"Okay girls, we are up by one, but is that good enough!?" I say not screaming, but a loud regular voice.

"No!" they reply back to me.

"Okay, now lets go out and play YOUR game."

We run out to the field after some random screaming and shouting.

I start at front left again.

We have 2 minutes left in the game and it's tied 5-5. I scored 3, and Nikki scored 2.

I have the ball. I go towards the left flag and shout from an angle to score a goal (I shoot better at an angle). But before I get my shooting foot on the ball two girls hit me.

One girl hit me on my right side. The other girl hit my back. I get thrown in the air, it seemed like I went 5ft high. I hit the ground. My back and head take the hardest impact.

I'm stunned on the ground with my eyes closed. I can't hear anything around me. Just my hard, deep breathing. I open my eyes, at least I think I do because I see all white no black.

I look around then I hear a small, faint voice. "Kimmy, Kimmy look at me I'm hear for you. Please Kimmy answer me. Kimmy? Kimmy?" I recognize the voice it's Theo.

I try to look at his face, but I still see white light.

"Theo...?" I say confused. "Am I gone?"

Then my vision goes black.
