No attempt to live a dream life can make you happywithout your facing up to the disappointments, betrayals, negativityand self-hatred that you have experienced. If you think that yourdream life will be an escape from all that garbage, well, you'rewrong. It happened and it is part of your life experience and it willalways be there. You will never be happy and your attempts to make adream life that fulfills you will FAIL if you do not incorporatethese negative experiences into your plans.

All personal growth involves a certain "joiningtogether into one", where we take the fullness of life and makemeaning out of it, so that on our deathbed we are at peace with itand it no longer has power over us – not by ignoring it or "forcingit down" below our mind or by running away from it but rather byincorporating it in our plans so it becomes a feature of us withoutcreating a block to becoming who we want to be. What is important isthat the WAY you incorporate it is deeply personal to you. Don'tlisten to others because, even if they mean well, their answer oradvice may not be best for YOU.

However, what's important is that you incorporatethese negative experiences. Don't try to ignore them or sweep themunder the carpet because they will catch up with you in the end. It'sbetter to face up to them at a time suitable for you and in a waychosen by you, rather than just leave it and leave it for years andyears and then face some unexpected crisis that forces you to dealwith it at the worst possible time.

So embrace all your life experiences, good and bad,and make them part of your plans to achieve your dream life and thiswill bring you the happiness you seek.
