So now that you know thefundamental mistake you made when you were a toddler, let's changeit!

How do you do that?

Well, before, you decidedon your construct, then made a repeated number of actions thatfollowed it until you now have it strongly in your mind as yournormal personal philosophy. The good news is that this process canwork backwards, too – by doing a repeated number of actions thatfollow the opposite construct, you can change your normal philosophyto that new construct. This works through a mental process calledneural plasticity. This where connections in your brainbetween nerve cells get stronger when you use them and weaker whenyou don't use them. By doing different things, you will graduallystrengthen the new neural connections and weaken the ones that arestrong right now, until you are thinking like a millionaire!

So what are the featuresof the brain of the rich and successful? Well, following on fromtheir construct, they -

1/ Have values, beliefsand principles that are positive, allow them to believe in themselvesand create a desire to make a difference in the world

2/ Focus on Health,Wealth and Relationships as the three areas most likely to make a bigdifference to their existing lifestyle and improve their confidencein making life-improving choices

3/ Choose SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Framed) goalsthat bring them nearer to their dream life, as well as break thesegoals down into easier pieces that they can work on day-by-daywithout getting tired

4/ Take responsibilityfor achieving these goals by realistically working out how difficultthey are to get, then deciding to make changes that allow thosedreams to come true

5/ Do not avoid theharder parts of real life or negative experiences they may have hadbut instead, add these experiences into their plans to achieve adream life, which allows their dream life to heal them of thoseissues

6/ Make space forspirituality in their lives, understanding that a dream life thatdoesn't fulfill them spiritually will bring only limited happiness totheir lives

7/ Look towards leaving aplan (called a "legacy") behind after their death, so that theirefforts to achieve a dream life do not die with them but stillinfluence others after they have gone

So in the light of thesethings, the rest of this book will teach you exactly how to do them!LET'S GET STARTED!
