Sitting at the end of an unpaved airfield in the Kalahari Desert was a Junkers Ju-87G "Stuka." Behind the Kanonenvogel was an Embraer A-29 "Super Tucano." Behind the controls of the Stuka was adrenaline junkie Nixon Creed, and behind the controls of the Tucano was ex-Airforce A-10 pilot Daniel Chalmers.
Nixon's Stuka was armed with twin BK-37 anti-tank cannons, and a single one thousand pound napalm bomb, while Daniel's Tucano was armed with twin internal Browning fifty caliber machine guns, two AIM-9 "Sidewinder" short range air-to-air missiles, two five hundred pound napalm bombs, and two AGM-65 "Maverick" thermobaric air-to-ground missiles.
The two made a good duo, seeing that Daniel conducted a high-speed attack in his Tucano, leaving Nixon to finish the target off with the brutal twin thirty-seven millimeter anti-tank cannons armed on his dive bomber.
In this airfield, there was no air traffic control, the pilots who parked their planes in this airfield had to communicate through a radio system. There wasn't much lighting either, only enough to allow the pilots to land at night.
As Nixon pulled up next to Daniel, the two lowered their planes' flaps, and got ready to take off. Upon disabling the parking brake, Daniel's Tucano moved forward where the Tucano's turbine whistled and buzzed like an angry hornet's nest, going down the runway at a relatively fast pace, until the plane's nose wheel lifted off the ground, the plane slowly lifted off the ground, with enough distance to evade a tail strike. As Daniel got into the air, he raised the landing gear, and deployed a flare, telling Nixon it is his turn to take off.
The Stuka's parking brakes were disabled, as Nixon gradually applied throttle to the V-12 engine, the plane's engine roared, as flames exited the Stuka's exhaust pipes; its tail wheel slowly lifted up, allowing Nixon to take off low over the dry river bed, barely avoiding a crash. A few minutes passed by, and Daniel lowered the throttle, and pulled up next to Nixon, to which they flew below the Kalahari plateau, heading towards an airbase where Sudsikov Youth Aviators were learning how to fly.
Lights could be seen in the distance, the Tucano and the Stuka headed to the airfield, seeing a Sukhoi Su-27 landing; Daniel fired an AIM-9 "Sidewinder" air-to-air missile at the Sukhoi, taking the massive Russian fighter down with ease, watching it crash, to which an alarm sounded, alerting the Sudsikovs that they were under attack
Applying full throttle; the two attackers headed into the bombardment they formed. Nixon's jericho trumpet sounded, as he dropped his single one thousand pound napalm bomb on the south end of the runway, to where Daniel fired a thermobaric AGM-114N "Hellfire II" air-to-surface missile at one of the bunks, killing ten Sudsikov Youth Aviators, and then fired a burst of his fifty cals at a Sudsikov running towards a Sukhoi Su-34 "Fullback" lodging a fifty cal into the back of the Sudsikov's head, killing him.
He then performed a corkscrew, dropping one of his napalm bombs on the north end of the runway, denying a Su-37 a chance to take off.
As Daniel fended off the Sudsikovs, Nixon entered a dive, and fired his twin thirty sevens at an aviation fuel depot, blowing up a Su-27 that was refueling, killing the ground crew, and the pilot, to which Daniel returned and dropped a napalm bomb on the middle of the runway, denying any of the Sudsikovs a chance to counterattack.
Daniel then climbed to a higher altitude, and attacked a line of Sukhoi Su-27s being piloted by Sudsikov youth aviators, firing his fifty cals, and firing his thermobaric missiles, causing wanton destruction. He then depleted the last thermobaric maverick missile, destroying a line of Su-35s, to which the Stuka and the Tucano fled the scene, flying around the plateau, avoiding being seen by a Su-27 flown by the Sudsikovs' reinforcements.
