This is one of my favourite workouts as it burns 1,000 calories relatively fast. Anyways, if you didn't know 3,500 calories=1lb. fat (or about 0.45kg).
Repeat 3x will limited rests
100 jumping jacks
100 crunches
100 squats
25 push ups
25 burpees
