"I know." Leo tried to calm Nico as the son of Hades escaped his grip. "I-I'm really scared." He stammered, "Nico—" Leo reached out to him, but Nico flinched.
"Don't touch me!" He nearly shouted at Leo.
Leo pulled back his arm, as if burned.
Nico's eyes softened at Leo's hurt glance.
"Sorry." He apologized softly. "I-I just want to be alone."
Leo sighed, making more distance between Nico and himself.
"Okay." He said.
