[Leo] - Eight

"Nico, I'm here." Leo called out, entering the Hades cabin. Nico turned, his eyes brimmed pink.

"H-Hey." Nico stammered, his voice soft. Leo looked at him, the Italian teen had ditched his ratty black t-shirts. Instead, he had on a bright orange camp shirt– making Leo almost cringe.

His jeans remained as they had at breakfast, and he had on a pair of crimson converse.

"Where's Olivia?" Nico questioned, eyeing Leo in confusion. Leo shrugged. "I'm not sure. Maybe she had an emergency appointment, or something." He replied, eyes hovering over Nico's shoes.

"You like it?" Nico asked, suddenly feeling self-conscious.

Leo gave him a smirk. "You look very nice." He told him. "But I think you'd be better without the camp shirt." Leo commented, making Nico sigh.

"I felt bad, poor guy was rambling and stuff. So, I figured I'd try to look at least a little off. Maybe make him think it was a dream. Something dumb like that." Nico told Leo, leaning towards his bed.

"What's the deal doing that though? Might as well give the guy a good time, maybe he'll surprise you." Nico shuddered at Leo's comment.

"When's Olivia getting here?" Nico asked Leo. Leo sighed, "I told you, I don't even know where she is! Let alone when she'll get here." Leo stated, lying onto Nico's bed.

"What's even with these coffin beds? Are you a vampire in training?" Leo teased lightly. Nico sighed, but cracked a smile.

"Maybe." Nico replied, shaking his head as Leo laughed. "I knew it!" He exclaimed, still joking.

Then, there was a knock on the door.

"It's open!" Nico shouted.

"Hey Nico!" A cheerful voice told the two. "Ready for your date evaluation?"

Nico gulped, fear creeping up his throat.

"O-okay."

"Leo, out." Olivia ordered, making Leo pout. "Oh come on!" He complained. "Bye." Nico muttered. Watching as Leo left and then averting his glance to Olivia.

"Okay, talk your heart out. Will's gonna be here in 20 minutes. And, you look fine."

Nico sighed, and started to talk.
