Chris POV

It's been a month but I still can't get that picture off my head - Carmen kissing Jason. And it has been a month since this guilt started to eat me. I wanted to tell Jane. But I can't. Actually, I can but it would be best not to spoil her vacation. Who knows, maybe she's already made peace with Belle. I hate to be a party pooper.

He deserves a good punch, that dick Jason. How dare he cheat on Jane?!

I should tell her. Or should I just let her see for herself? No. That would hurt her so much. Then what the fuck should I do? I can't just sit here and watch. I have to do something. Not just keeping an eye to what Carmen and Jason's been doing.

Just when I need an answer, Louis called.

"Hello? Chris? Are you Chris? Hello?" Even now we have jobs, Louis still has the same nerdy attitude.

"Yes Louis, this is Chris. What's the problem?"

"Oh good. We need to talk. You know where. This is urgent."

I got nervous by the tone of his voice, "Okay. I'll be there," I said and quickly went to the coffee place where Jane and Jason had their first real date.

I got there before Louis arrived.

"Okay," I said. "What do you want to tell me?"

Louis looked nervous, his hands shaking and he can't stop fiddling his phone. "It's about Jason a-and.. and Carmen."

Does Louis know?

"They're having an affair," he says, confirming my worst nightmare.

"I know. I mean, I think I do. I saw Carmen kiss Jason."

"This is serious, Chris. We should tell Jane," Louis said, looking into my soul -- this guy's serious.

I nodded, "Okay then. Let's tell Jane when she gets back."

"No. We have to tell her now," he says desperately.

"No, Louis. She's taking a break from everything. She needs all the time to breathe."

Louis shook his head, "You don't understand. It has to be now. Carmen wouldn't tell her and if you don't want to tell her too, I'll be the one who'll tell her that Jason's cheating on her!"

I was about to tell Louis to calm down when I heard a familiar voice say,  "What?"

Jane's POV

I think I'm ready. After all, I've made peace with Belle. See now, we're best friends. Yey ^^

So I called her father and told him that there's no problem between me and his daughter anymore. Oh and also I'm getting tired of this place. Ughh . I'm sooooooo done, of course I didn't tell him this.

And you know what he told me? "I don't believe you." Really? Can't this man filter his words ugh.

So I let him talk to his daughter. Thank God because after a minute, Belle said that we're good to go. I packed my things together with Belle.

We waited for the van to arrive when we finished packing. I guess she can't wait to go back too.

"This was fun," she says. "If I hadn't been mean to you in high school, we would've been best friends. I'm really really sorry."

"It's okay. At least we're friends now, right?" I gave a smile and embraced her as tight as I could. I don't want to lose a good friend like her.

"C-Can't breathe!"

I released her from my hug, "Sorry."

She smiled," I love you, bitch."

"I love you too, bitch," I said, rolling my eyes.

We both laughed.

Then there was a call.

"Oh, I have to take this. Excuse me," said Belle.

I accidentally caught a glance of the caller.

It's Jason.
