The Bodyguard

Story time

Readers POV:
"That's not true Sarah! Don't believe what she's saying!" Mac finally bursts out.
He hurts Ariana's feelings with that. He's on the side of that girl while Ari is carrying three children from him. Thats enough for her
"Are you fucking serious?" Her voice cracks "You're telling that thot, I'm lying?!" Tears roll down Ariana's cheeks as she storms out of the room.
Mac looks at Sarah "Aren't you gonna run after her or something?" She asks.
Mac shrugs:"She just needs some time... right?"
"Goddamn Malcolm. You really haven't changed a little bit..." She says and goes searching for Ari.

"Hey Ari..." Sarah gently knocks on the door before entering the bedroom.
Ariana groans and rolls on her side.
"What do you want?" She asks annoyed.
Sarah walks a little closer to the bed "I just wanted to talk. I know we had a rough start but I wanna tell you something. Can I?"
Ari shrugs slightly and glances over to her.
"Well, I'll take that as yes..." She smiles and sits down on the bed "So Mac and I, We where best friends. When he suddenly became addicted to drugs... he just used me for his desires. I was really desperate and shy so I would just let him. It was horrible. But when he finally stopped with all the drugs. He apologized, we got together later and where really happy for a long time. Until... I found somebody else. I'm now married to that guy. Our wedding was only a couple weeks ago." She shows Ariana her ring.
"Congratulations" Ari sobs and rubs her eye.
Sarah thanks her and continues the story:"So... Mac was shattered when I broke up with him. He almost started using drugs again, but then he was found by a bodyguard company. He was training really hard and ended up being your bodyguard... We kept talking over text and calls now and then. He always told me how much he loved you, even before you two got together. When I saw the news about your sex tape..." She pauses to chuckle slightly "Well, I thought you two finally found each other. And when he told me everything, about you being drunk and forcing him and all that...
I actually should've been the one who didn't want you to be with him... but look, you're gonna have triplets with him. Do you really think that he's gonna hook up with an old friend again... in your house? He truly loves you with everything he has... I've known him for years and it's not really easy to get all of his love, trust me"
Ariana wipes some tears away and nods. She pulls Sarah in for a long hug, saying:"I'm really sorry. I was overreacting. You know, I'm pregnant" They both laugh slightly.
Suddenly Mac comes in and smiles heart warmed "Sarah... that story was amazing. You just forgot a little detail..."
Sarah looks at him confused.
Then he shows the cake they made earlier "It would've been a way better story with cake..."
