Readers POV:
Ariana doesn't seem to let Mac near her anymore, since that night after the interview.
She keeps pushing him away when he wants to cuddle and tries to avoid kissing.
Mac still feels guilty but doesn't know what else to do than apologize another 100 times.
Ariana is just so stubborn and unforgiving.
That's mostly why their fights last so long.
Mac tries to apologize but Ari won't let him.

They're on the couch watching TV or on their phones and not even talking together.
Ariana has posted a selfie to update her fans about the babies and everything that happened in the past few days.
They're all so happy for ariana to have babies...

*skipping to 8 months of Ariana's pregnancy*

It's night, Mac and Ari are laying in bed together, back to back.
Ariana is snoring quietly but Mac just can't sleep.
He feels like he's gonna throw up or something.
Suddenly he hears ariana talking "Malcolm?" She asks quietly, just getting a "Hm?" From him.
"Do you feel weird as well?" She grabs his hand and squeezes it.
"Y-yeah" He squeezes back "I can't sleep"
"I woke up cause the triplets are kicking... really hard" Ari makes a noise of pain and curls into a ball.
"Are you alright?" Mac quickly turns around to hug and calm her.
"It really hurts" She rolls on her back and breathes out "I-I'm gonna use the toilet"
Mac helps her up and watches Ariana leave into the bathroom, worried.

After some time there's a shout from her "M-Mac!?"
He rushes over to her and sees that she threw up.
"Oh gosh" He brushes through his hair and looks at Ari.
She's crying and holding her stomach.
"Babe..." Mac kneels down next to her.
She looks up to him with tears streaming down her cheeks.
He takes Ari in his arms and strokes her head "It's alright... you just threw up, why are you crying?"
Ari sobs "It's the pain. It's getting worse" She looks down and grabs Mac's hand.
He looks at her, waiting for her to say something.
She squeezes his hand so hard, that it hurts a little.
"I can't stand the pain anymore"
Mac nods "We're gonna go see the doctor now. I can't stand seeing you in so much pain either" He lifts Ariana up and brings her to the bed to dress her and then himself.
"How bad is the pain? Does it keep getting worse?" He brushes a hair strain out of her face.
"It feels like... like my stomach or... I'm gonna rip up" Ariana cries out.
"Shit" Mac quickly puts her arm over his shoulder to help her stand up and walk.
After a few steps she almost breaks down, so Mac tries to pick her up.
"Baby this is not easy for the both of us, so I'm sorry if I say anything to you that I actually don't mean" Ari stutters and grabs onto Mac's shoulder.
He nods "I understand and feel the same honey" His voice sounds exhausting, while he carries Ariana down the stairs.
The time they need to the car feels like 10 hours. Also with Ari's noises of pain, Mac feels horrible.
When they finally arrive at the car, he puts her down on her seat and walks over to the drivers seat. He sits down and starts the engine "Can you stand it until we're there?"
He pulls out of the driveway and starts driving as fast as he can.
"I don't know..." Ari suddenly shouts in pain.
"Babe...!?" She looks at Mac shocked.
As he glances over to her, he can see liquid running down her legs "Holy shit! Are you alright?" He panics and doesn't know what other to do than driving faster.
"They're coming Mac. Hurry!" Ariana shouts.
Mac looks at her again "W-what?"
Ariana cries out "It hurts so much!!"
Mac panics but still tries to calm Ariana down "Ari, it's gonna be alright. Calm down"
"How am I supposed to calm down Malcolm?! It feels like they all want to come out at the same time!" She shouts.
"Fuck fuck fuck" Mac repeats quietly and drives faster "Breathe in and out, just try to calm down"
Ariana throws her head back and groans in pain, holding her stomach. She tries to keep her breath even and cries quiet.
After some time, they finally arrive at the hospital.
Mac quickly gets out of the car. He looks around and sights a wheelchair.
He runs over and grabs it, then runs back with it while he shouts for a doctor.
He quickly helps ariana sit down in it and runs into the hospital.
"We need a doctor!"
A nurse walks up to them and asks them what's wrong.
"She had cramps for about 10 minutes and then her water broke. She's in a lot pain" Mac bursts out.
The nurse nods "I understand!" She quickly guides them into the delivery room, while explaining "I'm gonna give you a injection against pain, it's not gonna take away all the pain but it's clearly making it easier"

Ari went through a lot of pain, Mac was always by her side and tried calming and helping her as good as he could.

After about 3 hours, Ariana has given birth to three little healthy girls.
She holds two of them and Mac one.
Ari is really exhausted and tired, but also happier than ever. She looks up to Mac, smiling slightly "I love you"
He leans down to kiss her "I love you more"
The she smiles down to the babies.
Malcolm whispers "We did that babe"
Ariana nods "Hell yeah we did"
